Das Hotel Dell'Orto liegt direkt an der Altstadt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Von dort sind sämtliche Einrichtungen der Stadt und auch der Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert, mit bequemen Betten und einem schönen Bad. Wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück kann man im zugehörigen Café einnehmen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Pros:

Hotel in posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro e 100 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria. Struttura ben tenuta in palazzo d'epoca con servizi essenziali ma di buona qualità, dalla pulizia della camera alle dimensioni della camera. Non offre il parcheggio auto ma in zona si trova molto facilmente e senza piscina.
Fa parte dell'hotel il bar/pasticceria dove viene servizta anche la colazione anche in bel dehor esterno con ottimo servizio e qualità delle materie prime offerte davvero eccellenti, dal gelato al dolce ed al salato.
Raccomandato.

La pasticceria collegata all'Hotel era ben fornita. Tuttavia, hanno sbuffato quando ho richiesto lo scontrino.

Cons:

Ho documentato fotograficamente diffuse condizioni di scarsa pulizia della stanza e del bagno, con presenza di sporco, residui e condizioni incompatibili con gli standard che un ospite può legittimamente attendersi da una struttura ricettiva; ho fotografato diversi elementi di arredo e parti della camera che evidenziano una pulizia non adeguatamente eseguita prima del mio arrivo; ho documentato l'assenza del personale presso la reception in diversi momenti della giornata, circostanza che ha reso difficoltosa qualsiasi immediata segnalazione delle problematiche riscontrate;
ho rilevato la presenza di impianti di climatizzazione datati, particolarmente rumorosi e con evidenti carenze manutentive, inclusa l'assenza di una adeguata sanificazione dei filtri; ho riscontrato una rumorosità generale e altissima della camera incompatibile con il normale riposo e con gli standard minimi di comfort attesi da una struttura alberghiera. Tale situazione, nel suo complesso, mi ha indotta a interrompere il soggiorno e a trasferirmi presso un'altra struttura ricettiva che presentasse condizioni igieniche e qualitative conformi alle mie aspettative e alle normali regole di ospitalità.
