Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was great and had good variety and the location is perfect so many shopping areas and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The only con was that the beds were a little hard and somewhat uncomfortable other than that everything else was good.

Nice, clean, comfortable place to stay while visiting family in Gainesville.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. Bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean and there was plenty of room. Great water pressure in the shower. I only had yogurt at breakfast, but appreciated that it was Chobani and the coffee was strong. Breakfast offerings seemed typical (or slightly better) for a hotel of this type. The hotel is near I-75, but not so close that you hear highway traffic. Also, close to many restaurants and Publix.

Cons:

I didn't use the pool area. It looked like it would have been fine for kids to swim and have fun, but it was basically just a pool that was set behind the hotel and visible from the parking lot...so not a resort type pool area if that is what you're looking for.

I’d come back but skip he breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn’t great. No bacon or sausage. If I’d have looked around at all prior to going down to it, I’d have skipped it totally and gone out for a real breakfast.

Price Gauge was crazy for the Morgan Wallen concert
Pros:

We booked this hotel because I’m lifetime titanium with bonvoy. Was shocked; Price Gauge was crazy for the Morgan Wallen concert! This should be around $150/night. They charged $600. I even called Marriott and they couldn’t help. The city was sold out of rooms. I understand some mark up but 4 times more? Come on Fairfield, Marriott Bonvoy; especially for Elite/Loyal guest you could do better. Was disappointed! The room was fine, nothing special.
