Essentially NO ELEVATOR! Be prepared to schlep bags up & down stairs.
Pros:

I used to stay at this property often.The last 3 times I have been there the elevator has not worked. I checked in yesterday, asked if the elevator was working this time & it was. Got a 3rd floor room & this morning had to carry 3 bags down stairs 3 floors because the elevator was broken AGAIN! I am done with this property.

Mitch is the best.
Pros:

We had the best time with our team. Mitch the bar back is the best. He really cares about the people and the business. We will book here again because Mitch made us feel at home.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was great and had good variety and the location is perfect so many shopping areas and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The only con was that the beds were a little hard and somewhat uncomfortable other than that everything else was good.

Nice, clean, comfortable place to stay while visiting family in Gainesville.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. Bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean and there was plenty of room. Great water pressure in the shower. I only had yogurt at breakfast, but appreciated that it was Chobani and the coffee was strong. Breakfast offerings seemed typical (or slightly better) for a hotel of this type. The hotel is near I-75, but not so close that you hear highway traffic. Also, close to many restaurants and Publix.

Cons:

I didn't use the pool area. It looked like it would have been fine for kids to swim and have fun, but it was basically just a pool that was set behind the hotel and visible from the parking lot...so not a resort type pool area if that is what you're looking for.

I’d come back but skip he breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn’t great. No bacon or sausage. If I’d have looked around at all prior to going down to it, I’d have skipped it totally and gone out for a real breakfast.
