Empfehlenswert, nicht ganz zentral, aber eine Straßenbahn Haltestelle oder (kostenpflichtige) Leihfahrräder vor der Tür

Pros:

The staff were courteous & friendly & the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

It was obvious the staff were trying their best, however we did find that there appeared to be a hierarchy whereby a senior member would intervene even though the junior member was dealing with the issue satisfactorily.
With no dedicated member of staff dealing with our breakfast requirements we were not asked if we wanted anything from the hot breakfast menu.
Also having requested a second coffee we had to repeatedly ask for it.
This just feels like a little more organisation would make a big difference.

A refaire très prochainement en famille complète
Pros:

L’accueil souriant et la gentillesse sont un point fort.
Un séjour exceptionnelle au dessus de mes attente!
La chambre était parfaite, douillette.
Beaucoup de déplacement a pied possible, tout a proximité.

Il mix giusto di disponibilità e pulizia
Pros:

Abbiamo ricevuto un’ottima accoglienza che è poi proseguita con un servizio impeccabile per tutta la durata del soggiorno,con menzione speciale alla colazione.
Sorprendente in positivo la pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni.
Altro punto a favore è l’occhio di riguardo verso l’ambiente.

Pros:

Trata-se de um hotel gerido por uma faculdade de hotelaria, onde são os próprios estudantes que atendem e gerenciam.
Então, é muito legal ver todo o entusiasmo deles, o que reflete num atendimento muito qualificado e genuíno .
O hotel em si fica numa ala dessa faculdade. O quarto é bastante confortável e tem um espaço ótimo para os padrões de Amsterdam .
O destaque mesmo é o café da manhã. Não são tantas opções, mas há muita qualidade, com ovos sendo feito individualmente conforme pedido e croissants recém assados.

Cons:

A localização em si, devendo ser levado em conta que o hotel fica afastado dos principais pontos, o que é suprido pelo ótimo transporte público de Amsterdam .
Além disso, penso que o check in deveria ocorrer mais cedo (antes das 16h) e que deveria haver uma pequena geladeira no quarto.

We weren’t sure if it was a school or a hotel, but we are so happy we picked this place! It’s both a hotel school and a hotel, so it’s completely run by students. They are extremely professional (shout out Gaspar) and the rooms are super clean. For breakfast there is a little buffet and then you can choose which eggs to have (omelet, fried etc) and what coffee. The hotel itself is super quiet so we slept very well and the bed was very comfortable.
