התארחנו בריץ קרלטון קוסמוי וזו הייתה אחת מחוויות האירוח הטובות שהיו לנו.
המלון עצמו ברמה הגבוהה ביותר – יפהפה, מטופח, נקי מאוד, עם נוף מדהים ושטח עצום. למרות גודלו, ההתניידות בו קלה ונוחה בזכות שירות הבאגי המצוין. בכל שעה של היום ניתן להזמין באגי, והוא מגיע תוך דקות בודדות, כך שמעולם לא הרגשנו שהמרחקים במלון מהווים בעיה.
גם המיקום מצוין. כפר הדייגים נמצא במרחק של כ-20 דקות נסיעה, וקל מאוד להזמין מונית באמצעות אפליקציית Grab, כך שאפשר ליהנות גם מהאטרקציות שמחוץ למלון.
אבל מעל הכול, מה שהפך את השהות שלנו למיוחדת באמת היה הצוות. השירות היה מקצועי, אדיב, חם ואמיתי, עם תחושה שכל אחד עושה מאמץ כדי להפוך את החופשה למושלמת.
תודה מיוחדת ל-Ping, מנהל חדר האוכל, שקיבל אותנו בכל בוקר בחיוך ודאג שנרגיש בבית. ל-Tip, הקונדיטורית המוכשרת, שהפינוקים והמאפים שהכינה היו נהדרים בכל יום מחדש. ל-Maya, המלצרית, שתמיד הייתה נעימה, קשובה ומלאת אנרגיה חיובית. ולבסוף, תודה מיוחדת ל-Ruben, שהעניק לנו שירות יוצא דופן ועשה מעל ומעבר כדי לעזור בכל בקשה ולוודא שהכול מושלם.

Beautiful location and wonderful staff throughout our stay. View at reception, Maya at breakfast, and the Muay Thai team were all incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They truly made our experience special. We would definitely come back!
I had a massage at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui and it was a great experience.
Therapists Link and nw were very professional and attentive, and the massage was extremely relaxing. After the session, Saan kindly served champagne, which made the experience feel even more special.

The rooms were comfortable. Grounds well maintained.
Very poor quality food that was overpriced, especially around the pool area .Not what I would expect for this level of hotel of this standard . The breakfast area was unbearable, no aircon , only fans that constantly blew hot air around the room . Moving around the hotel on the golf carts was often very slow . The beach was a huge disappointment, with the hotel only allowing 4 sun beds for the entire hotel , & a large pipe running through the centre of the very limited space.Attention to detail was absent .

I don’t often write reviews, 6 probably in 20 years, and certainly NOT before leaving but this place has caused me to do so.
My Marriott app tells me I’ve stayed 961 nights at Marriott. Many of them absolutely excellent but this one is totally 5 star. I would say more like 7.
Great attention to detail, staff who seem to really care, pristine facilities, the team like each other and cooperate to work well to provide top notch service.
I do have Ambassador status but I don’t think it came into it - it seems, correctly, that EVERY guest is valued and great care is taken of their security and comfort.

It had a very modest beach and not very near to another good option
The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and every staff member was warm, friendly, and professional. The food quality exceeded our expectations, and our dining experiences were truly outstanding. We also enjoyed the spa experience very much, which was relaxing and memorable. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail from the team were excellent.
The villa did not fully meet our expectations. The photos on Booking.com suggested a full sea view, but in reality the sea was much farther away and partially blocked by trees. The bedroom air conditioning remained too warm despite two visits from the engineering team. In addition, the TV placement in the bedroom was not practical for watching from the bed, and the sofas and seating area in the living room were not comfortable.
