El costo de la habitación muy elevado, un desayuno muy malo y el agua de la piscina y el jacuzzi helada por lo que no se puede usar de ellos
La atención del personal es muy buena, las zonas comunes muy limpias y en buenas condiciones , las zonas húmedas un plus.
El Hotel cuenta con unas instalaciones muy lindas. las zonas humedas son excelentes. Tener en cuenta que el hotel ya no cuenta con piscina , ni jacuzzi climatizados. La atención de César en la piscina y las personas de recepción, hacen que la estedía sea inolvidable. ojalá, reactiven el plus de piscina climatizada.
En la reserva pedimos habitaciones seguidas, (4) pero al llegar tuvimos que pagar valor adicional por esta soliictud. las zonas húmedas no están climatizadas, pero fuimos informados previamente. El Restaurante cierra 7pm. el área de piscina cierra 5.30 p.m. obliga a tener que salir del hotel a buscar restaurante o hacer otras actividades.

Demasiado ruido, fue imposible dormir. La piscina demasiado fría no estaba climatizada porque algo estaba dañado. No disfrutamos de piscina
Las fotos corresponden muy bien con las instalaciones, el personal es muy amable y servicial y el restaurante brinda una excelente oferta y de muy buena calidad.
Hubo un corte en el servicio de TV pero no fue responsabilidad del Hotel
