No funcionaba la calefacción. Llamé 3 veces para pedir que la subieran, en teoría lo hicieron, pero seguía haciendo mucho frío. En las habitaciones un olor a cera de piso espantoso. Es un hotel súper ruidoso, las puertas de las habitaciones cierran de un portazo. Durante la noche se escuchaban los portazos. Desayuno básico. Demasiado caro para el servicio mediocre que brindan
