Great value for money in central Da Nang!
Pros:

Very central location. Beautiful roof top terrace. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Good drinks. Large bed. Amazing view from the room on the 21st floor. Balcony! In house massage and spa (didnt try).

Cons:

The walls between the rooms are thin, the door likewise. Expect some noise. Also, the tub in the bathroom leaked a lot of water every time we showered, resulting in a little pool on the floor.

Vue sur la Riviere. Qualité des matelas

Cons:

Le temps d'attente aux ascenseurs le matin a 8h. Car il ya des va et vient pour le petit dej mais aussi les femmes de menages qui sonnes aux chambres des 8h. Donc a 8h soit on vous reveil, soit c'est compliqué le petit dej. De plus au petit dej il veulent debarraser la moindre assiette sur la table. Et se balade avec un chariot et bouge les chaises pour pouvoir passer. Bref c'est bruyant. Seulement 4 places a la piscines. Mini salle de sport en veranda avec materiel archaîque. Petit dej qualité moyen

Pokoje czyste, dobre śniadania. Hotel jest duży przez co nie jest kameralny. Plusem jest basen i taras restauracyjny na dachu (25 piętro). Możliwość przechowania bagażu do czasu wyjazdu. Polecamy na krótki pobyt.

Poor and rude front office staff
Pros:

I had lovely three nights at the hotel. However, the checkout experience was terrible. The reception staff is extremely rude. Took two towels to the swimming pool and left one there by mistake. During checkout, they said you cannot take towels outside the room. So now you need to pay for the towel. I said the towel is still in your premises but they are like “no, it’s a hotel policy. You take towels outside the room so you need to pay”. After paying the money also, the reception guy laughed at me and said I will show you that you didn’t carry any towels to the pool. That was the limit. I had to call the manager then and actually ask her to show the CCTV footage to her staff and make him apologise for saying such things.
