Quiet stay at Sherwood Suite

Best location and accommodations in Saigon
Pros:

We are thoroughly impressed and satisfied with these accommodations! The room was expansive with a fully equipped kitchen although food is so inexpensive here we really didn’t use it much. We really feel like we got more from this place than the amount we paid - a great value! The location is ideal. Close to everything we wanted to see and do, either walking or by taxi. And the hotel restaurant was ideal with an expansive and very affordable menu. The staff, A. Thu, Hao, An, Quang, are extremely friendly and helpful!

A Comfortable Luxurious Home Away from Home
Pros:

I stayed at the Sherwood Suites for a week. Sherwood Suites was located in a very central location. There are many shops/restaurants/tourist attractions within a 5mi radius and it is very walkable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the service was efficient. The atmosphere felt pretty luxurious and comfortable.

The deluxe suite includes a kitchen, laundry machine, gym, and pool. Housekeeping came daily to clean the rooms and refill any of the free water bottles that you have used. The room/hotel was very quiet from the city noise.

Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel for it's cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and great customer service.

Great family stay, especially for those with jet lag
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sherwood Suites. They were helpful and accomodating with a car when we arrived as well as departed making it very easy for a tired family to seamlessly start their holiday. The room and space were incredible, staff was kind and welcoming. There was one lady at breakfast who amazing (sorry, I didn’t catch her name). She remembered our coffee order and was very quick to help us settle in to breakfast each day. My kids loved the playroom and the pools. The only thing I’d say that would have been nice were more recommendations. I asked for some recommendations to restaurants and was really only given one suggestion of a nicer restaurant (we did not try it). To be fair, I didn’t try asking again so perhaps I just caught someone at the wrong time. The in room dining was so helpful with jet lag and adjusting to the new schedule. Plus it’s walking distance if some great outdoor playgrounds and spaces. Overall, we loved the stay and would definitely recommend it.

Comfortable and friendly accommodation
Pros:

I was completely satisfied with my stay here. I have stayed at dozens of hotels throughout Vietnam, but this was the best I have ever experienced. In particular, I felt comfortable and warm thanks to Mr. Quang, who always greeted me warmly and brightly while opening the door in the lobby. His thoughtfulness and smile were more impressive than any other hotelier I have encountered. I want to emphasize that his warm greeting was both first and last impression of this place.

Your hospitality is great. keep it up.
Pros:

I stayed only one night and didn't try the breakfast the next morning. I liked the cold tea to be offered upon the entrance.

Cons:

For the hot and humid weather, I'd love to have some wet wipe upon arrival.

Highly recommended hotel to stay in HCM
Pros:

Really great place to stay in HCM, the surrounding neighbourhood has so many things to do, a lot of cafes, the staff are awesome too, An and Hieu offered a smooth check in and check out. The room is super big and spacious!

4 day stay
Pros:

Wonderful stay at Sherwood suites and a big thanks to Hieli An Van Quang for her welcoming kindess. The location was terrific being close to a lot of tourist landmarks, and great food and coffee everywhere. We will definately stay here again

Truly relaxing experience

We had a wonderful stay at Sherwood Suites. All services were truly 5-star, from the friendly staff to the excellent facilities and cleanliness. Everyone was very professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
