Pros:

Très bel hôtel moderne et propre. Chambre studio très grande, grand lit, très confortable. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

L'établissement étant situé au coeur d'une zone piétonne, il nous a fallu une heure pour trouver comment y accéder. Avec une ville pleine de travaux, nous avons failli laisser tomber et trouver un autre endroit. Finalement, on nous a envoyés dans un parking qui n'a rien à voir avec l'hôtel (qui s'appelle "Bon accord Car park") et qui nous a coûté £12.00. On aurait bien aimé avec des explications avant de nous y rendre.

Cons:

Travelling to the hotel by car is not a good experience. It is not possible to pre-book a parking space prior to date day of arrival. The hotel does not have sufficient parking to meet the demand. There is no way to park close to the entrance to unload the luggage.

So clean friendly helpful staff good complimentary breakfast.Love the rowies at breakfast or butteries A local breakfast bread lovely with butter and cheese

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Great size room, breakfast options plentiful & having use of a washing machine & dryer was awesome. Front desk staff super helpful also.

Clean, nice rooms but poor apart from that. Staff are very good, the business needs to step up & support them.

Nice, clean with friendly staff. Rooms were very nice, kitchen addition was a surprise.

Cons:

Very hard to find. Google maps was pathetic , took nearly an hour to get the correct location. Parking spaces are also very tight. Breakfast was good but limited & machine tea & coffee is a poor addition. Staff were very helpful and approachable but I think the business has let them down.. not enough staff & a very cold nearly automated system.

Spacious room, good location - very central and there’s a bus stop 1 minute walk away where the airport bus stops. Super friendly staff, nice gym
