Clean, comfortable hotel. Breckfast was lovely. Morning staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly.
Trying to find the hotel! I think it should be made more clear when booking this hotel that it is in a pedestrian area and the hotel can't be seen from the road! We spent an hour driving around the city looking for this hotel. After 3 phone calls to the hotel, getting 'turn left here, turn right there' directions from the receptionist and being told that there was no area code to enter in Google maps, we gave up on finding the hotel and it's car park, so we parked in a car park up the street and decided to get a taxi as receptionist told us it was more than a ten minute walk from where we were and it would be difficult to get to with steps to climb. We were in the taxi for less than 3 minutes, and there were very little steps to climb. It was only a 5 minute walk, as Google stated. The receptionist wasn't so helpful that evening when we checked in or sympathetic to the fact we spent so long trying to find the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. We always try to stay here if we stay in Aberdeen.

The property was very clean. It’s very well located in central Aberdeen. Our room was well appointed. Nice in room cooking facilities available.with crockery and utensils. Reasonably comfortable bed. Large shower and ample storage. Not a huge range at breakfast it’s served in a nice room and the freshly cooked options were a nice touch. Plenty of staff visible and overall were very helpful and keen to assist.
Air condition is centralised. Staff were able to over ride but not ideal. Car parking is confusing as it’s not obviously attached to the hotel but we will know better next time. Lounge bar beverage offerings a tad limited.
The room was very comfortable and well-designed. It was great that a window could be opened to get some fresh air in. Location is perfect and there was no noise at all.
