Fint ophold, gode faciliteter og god mad. Værelser trænger kraftigt til en opgradering for at leve op til prisniveauet.
Pros:

Fin beliggenhed med fantastisk udsigt fra værelset. Fin spa afdeling med indendørs pool. God morgenmad, snacks om eftermiddagen og buffet om aftenen.

Cons:

Det trækker ned for mig af børn får lov til at larme og plaske rundt i poolen. Hvis jeg besøger stedet igen, så vil jeg undgå højsæsonen, hvor der er mange børn.
Jeg havde et superior dobbeltværelse. Ved ikke om alle superior værelser er som dette, men det trænger kraftigt til en modernisering. Det fungerer men ser gammelt og kedeligt ud. Installering af Air Condition ville også være en dejlig opgradering. Når det er varmt og man gerne vil have værelset køligt om aftenen og natten, så virker det irriterende at gæster og børn larmer lige udenfor til meget sent på aftenen.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The wellness area was fantastic, with plenty of facilities to enjoy, including a Finnish sauna, swimming pool, aroma steam room, and more. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

A magical, peaceful Alpine escape with wonderful people, amazing food and a beautiful spa — 10/10, I would absolutel

Absolutely wonderful stay from beginning to end. Even before I arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and explained exactly how to reach the hotel by public transport, which turned out to be surprisingly easy. From the moment I arrived, I felt so warmly welcomed. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive and happy to help, and the staff gave me fantastic recommendations for beautiful places to visit in the area.

The hotel itself is absolutely charming — peaceful, spotless, beautiful and surrounded by the most gorgeous scenery. My room was excellent, and the entire wellness area was incredibly relaxing and well maintained. The spa and pool were such a treat that even though there is so much to explore nearby, you could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the hotel.

The food was AMAZING — genuinely one of the highlights of my stay. Everything I had was delicious, and I also loved the lovely detail of having my own assigned table in the dining room throughout my stay. The whole experience felt personal, comfortable and very well thought out.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. The only thing I missed was getting a massage at the spa because it was already fully booked, but I booked my stay very last minute, so that was completely understandable. Next time I’ll make sure to reserve a treatment in advance!
