Pros:

The hotel’s location was fantastic, with convenient access to several subway stations. The room was generally clean and comfortable.

Cons:

our experience during breakfast was less pleasant due to the staff’s behavior. During the buffet service, we felt overly monitored, which made the experience uncomfortable. On a few occasions, our plates were cleared before we had finished eating, even though the breakfast area was not busy at the time. A more relaxed and attentive approach to guest service would have made the experience much more enjoyable.

L'emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

La fenêtre donné sur l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Donc bruillant. Ca résonné, on entendait le petit déjeuner et les gens qui ne font pas attention dans les étages, mais ca se n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel.

CRIMINAL HOTEL STAFF ROBBED ME! AVOID!
Cons:

I was robbed by the housekeeping staff. The room safe was broken and didn't work, so my money was kept outside and got stolen. Hotel management called me a liar and protected the thieves. Police case is open; a formal complaint (Hoja de Reclamación) has been filed. Completely unsafe and dishonest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
