I was expecting more
Pros:

The location was great. The restaurant prices were very accessible

Cons:

The room was on the top floor, right next to one of the two elevators (felt like very old ones by the way), making a lot of noise every time somebody used it (day and night) because of the lifting mechanism located right above the room.

Indique que iba a pagar al llegar al hotel y se me descontó de mi tarjeta el monto horas antes de llegar, además, cuando hice check in me volvieron a cobrar, por lo que desconozco si mi banco me va a reembolsar el primer pago.

We needed to rest and relaxed and we were able to do just that.
Pros:

Everything is clean, staff is great and there is free parking. We had a meal delivered by room service that was delicious. The bed was very comfortable.
