Excelente opción
Pros:

La atención de TODO el personal es increible y muy amable, realmente hacen la diferencia. Esta en una buena zona, segura y con muchos restaurantes.

Cons:

Podría mejorar un poco en que las almohadas son un poco altas, pero al final depende de los gustos de cada persona.

Pros:

La ubicación, el servicio, limpieza, en recepción muy amables al momento del check in.

Cons:

Al llegar solicité servicio de despertador a las 4.30am ya que tenia un vuelo muy temprano, la chica que me hizo el check in lo anoto pero jamas me llamaron, sin problema use mi cel pero es algo muy importante que se les paso.
El colchón demasiado usado, y la cebolla de la regadera roto se lo comente al recepcionista Nocturno.

Great location, clean and great staff.
Pros:

It’s a great location. It’s close to the Chapultepec, Chapalita, Arcos Vallarta neighborhoods the most trendy with great entertainment and food options.

Cons:

I don’t have any complaints. I did not have a chance to go to gym or pool but I will be back in less than a month.
