Nice experience to stay in the hotel offering free comic books to read, free udon and carry rice
Pros:

Still close to Haneda Airport (4 stops away), very quiet neighborhood, easy access to everywhere. There is free drinks, udon and carry rice offered 24 hours, can read comic books, and even bring it to read at room.

Cons:

the floor on the first floor could be wet sometimes as some people may drop the drinks...

Consiglio spassionatamente.
Pros:

Hotel perfetto per alloggiare la sera prima di partire per la vicinanza con l’aeroporto. Personale attento e premuroso. La struttura offre bibite e anche pasti a base di noodless o riso condito al momento. C’è una sala piena di manga.

Cons:

Nulla, tutto perfetto.

After long haul flight, a good sleep
Pros:

Room was nice and clean, had a small fridge and bathroom area, bed was comfortable and the noise from the busy road outside wasnt too loud

Cons:

There were hairs from the last guest in the shower room but its so difficult to get all the dirt when having to clean quickly, it would be nice if they had some non meat options for their freebies

Pros:

有咖喱飯烏龍麵隨時可享用很棒！旁邊有7-11很方便。

Cons:

房間設施稍舊，走道空間擠，行李箱難以在房內打開。一樓大廳空間也小（是我誤判照片了）

ロケーションがとても良かった！部屋には冷蔵庫もパジャマ、アメニティあってありがたかったです。
快適で24時間のサービスも本当にありがたく、漫画好きの娘も大喜びでした。

Great stay for my needs (being close to the airport in a comfortable hotel)
Pros:

Great location close to the airport, clean and nice room

Cons:

I got an email saying my request to check in at 2pm instead of 3pm had gotten accepted without extra charge, but when I arrived around quarter past two I had to pay an early check in fee to get my room.
