Perfect location and hotel facilities!
Pros:

It was an excellent spot to stay in Kyoto, near the central train station and opposite of a beautiful temple. Very clean, very cozy and the staff very helpful and kind. Totally recommend!

Great Little Hotel with Friendly Staff!
Pros:

The staff were all extremely friendly, the facilities were good and so was the breakfast.

The hotel is opposite a large Buddist temple to enjoy early or late when the tourists have mostly gone.

Cons:

The view went onto a wall. Not a big issue as a nice blind was there to cover it up and I was aware of this when I booked.
