We had a great time and the location was perfect.
Pros:

The onsens were wonderful. We used both sets on various nights. The cookies when we arrived were delicious. Having a microwave downstairs helped to heat up late night snacks.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und man hatte einen schönen Blick vom Frühstückstisch auf den Tempel. Würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen.

Beautiful little gem in busy Kyoto
Pros:

What's not to like?
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and had a bath house which was such a fun experience. Breakfast was beautiful and the free rides in the little bus just topped it up. I am bringing my mum next year!

Ein Hotel alter Schule im positivsten Sinn, extrem freundliches, kompetentes und hilfsbereites Personal, eigener kleiner aber feiner Onsen, sehr reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück

Leider trotz superior Zimmer keinerlei Ausblick-nur auf die <1Meter entfernte Feuermauer des Nachbarhauses

Pros:

Großes Zimmer, schöner Onsen. Gute Lage um Kyoto zu erkunden. Nächstes Mal würde ich ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Tempel buchen.

Pros:

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Kyoto train station and Kyoto tower. The breakfast is amazing. Everyone working there was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The washer and dryer is in a different building, connected in the lobby.

Spędziłyśmy w tym hotelu z siostrą fantastyczny czas. Największym atutem lokalizacji jest doskonały dostęp do różnych części miasta – bez problemu i bardzo szybko można stąd dotrzeć do najważniejszych zabytków i świątyń, co ogromnie ułatwiło nam zwiedzanie.Same śniadania były po prostu pyszne, codziennie świeże i z dużym wyborem. Na ogromne wyróżnienie zasługuje również obsługa – wszyscy byli przesympatyczni, niezwykle pomocni i od samego wejścia dbali o świetną atmosferę. Pokój był czysty i komfortowy. Z pewnością zatrzymałybyśmy się tu ponownie podczas kolejnej wizyty w Kioto!
