Sehr gute Lage. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. In unserem Zimmer mit Balkon hatten wir genug Platz. Nebenan gibt es ein Cafe und eine Benzinstation, in dem man Kleinigkeiten besorgen kann.

Das einzig gute an der Unterkunft ist die Lage

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenstern die ins Büro der Mitarbeiter zeigte. Ein Fenster gegen aussen gab es nicht. Das Zimmer war gleich neben der Reception, somit non stop gab es Geräusche/Gespräche. Es war nie ruhig. Zudem kein warmes Wasser. Keine Klima die funkltioniert. Insekten im Zimmer wie Tausendfüssler und Heuschrecken inkl Parasiten, die aus der Heuschrecke kamen. Das Zimmer hatte Feuchtigkeit. Es war wircklich schrecklich. Nach 2 Nächten haben wir vorzeitig ausgecheckt und unseren Aufenthalt von 4 auf 2 Nächte reduziert. Diese Unterkunft kann ich niemanden empfehlen.

Rezervisali smo sobu deluxe a dobili smo neku sasvim losu u kojoj se nismo mogli okrenuti. Izolacija je losa i obje noci nismo mogli zaspati do kasnih sati. Prvu noc jer su gosti lupali vratima skoro do 2 sata u noci a drugu noc jer je prekoputa bila neka muzika uzivo. Krevet tvrd i neudoban, jastuci losi. Definitivno nije hotel sa 4* i ne vrijedi ovog novca.

Tiny, shabby room, very small bed. AC didn't work properly and it was a terribly hot day. Asked for a fan. No fan. They gave you one key so that if you left, by the you came back, the room was very hot again. There was no sound isolation so you could hear every car that passed in the street and there car passing all night. And there were power shortages. Many. When complaining I was told that you can't bother the electrician--it's too late.
This is a rather expensive hotel for Sarajevo. Value for money? Terrible. Definitely the worst hotel I found through Booking.com.

Pros:

The place is right in the center of the city, a two minutes walk from Bascarsija. The staff is very kind and lovely and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious and nice. Breakfast is very good and delicious.
