A very disappointing experience.
Cons:

We arrived and paid for the room. The price on Booking was one amount, but at the hotel it was more expensive. In addition, we had to pay for parking even though it was listed as free on Booking.

The room had no hot water, and the air conditioning was not working even though it was very hot. For the amount of money we paid, we asked for another room. They moved us to a room with a window facing the offices, with almost no fresh air. We asked again for a different room because it was impossible to sleep there.

They then showed us a room in the attic where you had to bend over to walk around, with only a very small window near the floor.

We did not have breakfast because we tried an egg that was served and it was cold and seemed frozen.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, at least for us.We have been coming here for years, and it is very disappointing to be treated this way as guests.

Bir daha bosnaya gidecek olsam tekrardan kalmayı tercih edeceğim otel burası olurdu.
Pros:

Tesisin konumu gerçekten çok güzel, başçarşıya 2-3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin manzarası gerçekten olağanüstü ve trebeviç dağına çıkan teleferik de yakın ve yürüyerek yine ferhadiye caddesine de gidebildik. Otele vardığımızda resepsiyonda Ayşe isimli çalışan bizi güleryüzle karşıladı ve konaklamamız boyunca Ayşe ve diğer çalışanlar da bize karşı naziklerdi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı güzeldi fakat çeşitlendirmeler olabilir. 3 gün boyunca aynı tür kahvaltı ürünleri vardı.

Could be cozy spot for exploration of old town
Pros:

Location very close to historical old down town. Bosnian coffe served upon request at breakfast.

Cons:

Tiny attic room, desiganted for one, conevrted into double room. Stuffy atmosphere, noise from the street, low cealings. We have booked and payed for normaL room, not this improvisation. There is street parking available on other side of street, but staff claims that it's safer to parking in front of the hotel (10 Eur/day), otherwise "something bad could happen". Breakfast room is tiny, not suitable for all the guests. Breakfast offer is very modest, very few options for vegetarians/vegans.

Great location, very friendly staff at reception! a very good first impression of Sarajevo!
Pros:

Location : minutes away from the Old city
Cozy and spacious room
Staff: very friendly and helpful especially Faris who wrote me a list of must try places to eat and Aisha who went beyond expectations to help me with an issue: thank you very much !!!

Cons:

Nothing as such but some room for improvement :
Hot water not available at some time, but probably an issue that can be fixed
and the shower unit having no door the water can get very much anywhere in the bathroom and render it slippery !

Fantastisch verblijf op een perfecte locatie met super service.
Pros:

Ons verblijf bij Hotel Boutique Libris was top. De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is perfect, alles is op loopafstand.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, alles was naar wens en goed geregeld.
