Una ottima posizione, avevo la camera davanti al fiume e di notte era molto piacevole sentire lo scorrere dell'acqua. La cortesia della ragazza alla Reception è stata perfetta.

Cons:

la camera un po' piccola ed era sottotetto quindi battevo sempre la testa,
Il parcheggio purtroppo non è molto grande, il ristorante per la colazione ha delle finte piante finte che non mi sono piaciute,
Inoltre c'era un po' di trascuratezza in alcuni particolari: in camera la sedia scucita e sporca qualche ragnatela all'esterno della finestra, nel ristorante alcune sedute erano rovinate.

Scrivo per segnalare una serie di gravi disservizi riscontrati durante il mio soggiorno, che si è rivelato ben lontano da quanto pubblicizzato sul vostro sito.

In primo luogo, le camere non corrispondevano in alcun modo alle foto presenti online: la struttura reale era di qualità nettamente inferiore rispetto a quanto mostrato.

In secondo luogo, avevo regolarmente prenotato 2 camere, ma all'arrivo mi è stata consegnata una camera in meno rispetto a quanto concordato, causandomi un notevole disagio.

Per quanto riguarda le condizioni della camera assegnata, il bagno presentava seri problemi: facendo la doccia l'acqua si spandeva ovunque, bagnando l'intero locale. Inoltre, era presente un forte odore sgradevole nella stanza, che ha reso il soggiorno ulteriormente spiacevole.

Alla luce di quanto descritto, ritengo di aver ricevuto un servizio del tutto inadeguato rispetto al prezzo pagato. Chiedo pertanto un rimborso parziale o totale, e mi riservo di valutare ulteriori azioni qualora non ricevessi un riscontro soddisfacente.

Čistoća smještaja, izuzetna lokacija i ljubazno osoblje

Cons:

Dosta zapusteno i staro, razina maksimum tri zvjezdice. Iako se osoblje izuzetno trudi ugoditi gostima, ne mogu ni oni ništa napraviti kad nemaju s čim. Npr. morali smo trpiti klimu koja je užasno puhala i dan i noć, a nije se mogla isključiti. Lošije iskustvo.

Kahvaltı mükemmel değildi ancak yeterli ve temizdi. Oda her gün temizlendi. Konum çok güzel.

Cons:

Giriş yaptığımızda valizleri odamıza götürecek bir hizmet yoktu. Odada saç kremi, diş macunu, sıvı sabun, kettle gibi ihtiyaçlar yoktu.

A very disappointing experience.
Cons:

We arrived and paid for the room. The price on Booking was one amount, but at the hotel it was more expensive. In addition, we had to pay for parking even though it was listed as free on Booking.

The room had no hot water, and the air conditioning was not working even though it was very hot. For the amount of money we paid, we asked for another room. They moved us to a room with a window facing the offices, with almost no fresh air. We asked again for a different room because it was impossible to sleep there.

They then showed us a room in the attic where you had to bend over to walk around, with only a very small window near the floor.

We did not have breakfast because we tried an egg that was served and it was cold and seemed frozen.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, at least for us.We have been coming here for years, and it is very disappointing to be treated this way as guests.

Bir daha bosnaya gidecek olsam tekrardan kalmayı tercih edeceğim otel burası olurdu.
Pros:

Tesisin konumu gerçekten çok güzel, başçarşıya 2-3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin manzarası gerçekten olağanüstü ve trebeviç dağına çıkan teleferik de yakın ve yürüyerek yine ferhadiye caddesine de gidebildik. Otele vardığımızda resepsiyonda Ayşe isimli çalışan bizi güleryüzle karşıladı ve konaklamamız boyunca Ayşe ve diğer çalışanlar da bize karşı naziklerdi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı güzeldi fakat çeşitlendirmeler olabilir. 3 gün boyunca aynı tür kahvaltı ürünleri vardı.
