Very luxurious and clean and well positioned, with a brilliant spa!

Parking is a bit difficult- one must use public parking - which is alao quite scarce
(The scrambled eggs at breakfast was also realllllyyy bad)

Very good and we would go again if guaranteed a room on the lower floor.
Pros:

Breakfast, room and staff were very good. I would visit again.

Cons:

I asked in advance for a room on the lower levels of the hotel and received a reply saying we would be on the first floor. When we arrived but they didn’t seem to be aware of that and we had to climb to the top. Although we are able it was difficult for my husband who is eighty.

Pros:

Building with character. Helpful reception staff. Good location for town centre and bus station. Good choices for breakfast.

Cons:

Little space to put anything down. Complex main lighting with no instructions on switching off completely. Information on tablet much harder to find than flicking through a folder. Overnight staff only contactable by mobile. No TV signal - and not alerted to this.

Nåede aldrig at besøge det, da de aflyste min bestilling 2 timer før indtjekning

Cons:

Aflysning på ankomstdagen på trods af flere mailsforespørgsler fra dem vedr ankomst tidspunkt, dobbeltseng og en mundtlig forespørgsel om vi ønskede spa

As we were only there for 1 night, it was an inconvenience to come back. Overall the hotel was good & a great centra

Central, facilities, breakfast was very good

Cons:

We were given wrong room @ check in. We unloaded our case & went out for the day. Received a call to advise they had checked us into wrong room. We then had to go back to get new room key. Some items were left in fridge that we had to then ask to be moved. While staff were helpful & apologetic & provided compensation by way of access to spa (for which we couldn’t use as had not brought swim wear) bottle of Prosecco & access to mini bar - which was generous. The room we were moved to had not been cleaned properly. The table & tea/coffee facilities were covered in dust which had clearly need there for some time..
The reception staff were very good, which I can’t fault however the room should have been checked before someone used it.

Cooked breakfast tasted good

Cons:

There was a fly in the juice at breakfast and it had only just opened
There was no hot water and when reception was told about this we were told there was a boiler issue but no solution or apology offered. It also should have been made aware to us that there was an issue not just left to find out by standing in a cold shower messing with it for 10 minutes
The internet was slow, tv didn’t work, remote missing, rooms were way too hot and not enough fans or cooling devices. On Main Street so very noisy to sleep
I’d expect better with a cheaper stay so for the price it was shocking

Spoiled not getting help from people in charge.
Pros:

Its situation in St Andrew s

Cons:

One of the rooms was what I had ordered the 2nd room was not up to the standard of the 1st one. I found this hard to understand as I had paid the same money for both.
