Great boutique hotel
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel, loved the decoration, big bathroom, everything was great.

Cons:

I stayed at the Eden room, and the only issue was that when the guest from the next room was leaving or coming, the door shut was very noisy inside my room. But the place is great, I loved it and would stay there again. Staff is very kind as well.

Very disappointed , this was part of our Ruby wedding celebrations.

The location was very good

Cons:

Information regarding breakfast was poor . Didn’t show where cereals etc were and only offered a menu.
It was short staffed, our hot breakfast was left on the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be delivered .
The scrambled eggs were cold and the salmon was poor quality.
The wallpaper in our room was bulging and peeling and the furniture looked tired .
The toilet paper was difficult to reach properly .
Definitely not 5 star I have been in better quality 3 star .

Pros:

Excellant stay, the spa was amazing and the full body massage absolutely wonderful.

Cons:

That we were across the road from the hotel.

Dies ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel, höchstens 3 Sterne, viel zu teuer
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren ok, jedoch auf keinen Fall nicht mal in der Nähe von 5 Sternen, ich würde sagen eher 3 Sterne. Der Preis war aber 5 Sterne

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt auf einer Hauptstraße, die Rezeption und das Restaurant bzw Frühstücksraum etwas abgeranzt, wir mussten über die Straße laufen und waren im Gebäude gegenüber untergebracht

Cons:

For the price, the mirror was cracked in bedroom. My daughter who was staying with friend wasn’t feeling well one night and wanted to stay with me; the pull out sofa was broken so she slept on a loveseat then left the next morning and skipped breakfast; not sure that was worth 75 pounds they charged me.

Great location, tasty breakfast and cozy room.
Pros:

The location was very convenient. Breakfast was included and it was one of the best I have had on this trip. Our room was very cozy. We had an issue with the heater but more in that later.

Cons:

The room was 80 degrees when we entered it. We could not turn the thermostat down. We checked with the front desk multiple times and she said to open the window. Once we looked at the heater, there was a dial to turn it down and off. By the time we woke up, the room was 72 degrees. We did sleep with the window open with the fan nearby. Management should educate their front desk staff so they understand all the rooms. Nevertheless, the accommodations were very nice,
The breakfast very good and the location perfect.
