Estancia muy agradable y desayunos muy buenos. Totalmente recomendado

Desayunos muy buenos, el spa, la localización del hotel y la amabilidad del personal

Lo único mejorable era que la ducha no estaba bien sellada y tenía fugas

Dobra baza wypadowa do Energylandii. Czysto w pokojach. Restauracja na terenie hotelu to zaleta. Ceny w restauracji w normie. Parking hotelowy jest bezpłatny.

Brak ogrzewania, okropne masaże, dość brudno i głośno

Pokój był ok, w restauracji nawet smaczne jedzenie

Cons:

- niedziałające ogrzewanie
(teoretycznie można sterować z poziomu panelu, a w praktyce to nie działało. Spałam w swetrze i pod dwiema kołdrami a i tak obudziłam się z katarem. Zgłaszałam kilkukrotnie problem na recepcji przez cały pobyt i dopiero ostatniej nocy włączono mi kaloryfer na kilka godzin wieczorem, gdy się obudziłam znów było lodowato. Wróciłam chora)

- spa to koszmar
(zamówiłam masaż. Podłoga była tak śliska i mokra, że pomimo dużej ostrożności się przewróciłam. Zapłaciłam za masaż 50 min, trwał 35min. Masażystka spóźniona 10 min, zakończono go również przed czasem! Miał być masaż czekoladą, a byłam tylko nią smarowana bez większego ładu - raz ręka, potem nogą, znowu ta sama reka i znowu polano mi i posmarowano nogę i tak w kółko. Na moje uwagi stwierdzono tylko, że pani masażystka jest nowa... Po "masażu" chciałam zbyć czekoladę pod prysznicem, ale odpływ był zatkany i musiałam stać w tej czekoladowej brei która ze mnie spływała. Byłam na wielu masażach, również czekoladą, ten w galicji był najgorszym jaki miałam)

- brudna wentylacja
(była obrzydliwa, zwisały z niej wielkie kłęby kurzu, tuż nad prysznicem)

- niskie ciśnienie wody
(bardzo ciężko spłukać włosy)

- w hotelu było bardzo głośno, może cienkie ściany, bo o północy budziły mnie rozmowy innych gości

- bardzo mały wybór śniadań, nie zbyt smaczne

- pokój był ciemny mimo zapalenia wszystkich świateł

Klidné a příjemné místo, wellnes dostačující, čistota perfektní. Snídaně byla výborná.
Přilehlá restaurace byla útulná, jídlo bylo vynikající.

Cons:

Docela chladno v místnosti kde se podávala snídaně.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter les camps à moins de 15 minutes en moto. Espace détente appréciable après des kilomètres de marche.
Large choix au restaurant et petit déjeuner très bien. Parking intérieur clos pour garer la moto.

Cons:

Mise à part les 2 réceptionnistes de l'hôtel, le reste du personnel que ce soit au SPA, au petit déjeuner ainsi qu'au restaurant sont désagréable. Surtout au restaurant. Alors oui, ce soir là il y avait du monde mais malgré tout, plus désagréable que ça, il n'y a pas.dommage.

Bang for your Buck!
Pros:

It was very clean, good food, very helpful staff, felt very luxurious and the price was very reasonable!! Location was also perfect and easy to get too and from the train station, food, and local attractions! I will be staying again next time I come!
