Nothing chic, nothing boutique

Very disappointing. There is nothing “chic” or “boutique” about this hotel. It may have been nice 20–30 years ago, but it is now run-down and desperately needs renovation. The photos are very misleading, especially considering the high price.

Cleanliness was poor: our room was not cleaned despite requesting it, and my brother’s room only had the bed roughly made, with no bathroom cleaning or fresh towels. We even found what appeared to be mouse droppings. The bed and wooden floors were deteriorated, and the bathroom fixtures were rusty and covered in limescale.

Communication was terrible: messages were often ignored, and when I asked for confirmation about specific requests, I would get irrelevant replies like “Hello, how are you?” instead of an actual answer.

There is also a neglected pond on the property that attracts huge numbers of mosquitoes and wasps, and I was stung during my stay. Some staff were kind, while others were unwelcoming.

For this price, we expected a luxury boutique hotel. Instead, we couldn’t wait to leave. Definitely not worth the money.

Un hôtel calme et confortable, offrant de bonnes prestations.
Pros:

Un personnel disponible et aux petits soins, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Un joli espace piscine et calme.

Cons:

Peut être envisagé une porte dans les salles de bains pour isoler la douche extérieure, ça éviterai les incursions de moustiques... sinon légèrement excentré mais pas désagréable d'être à l'écart du bruit du petit centre ville.

Hotel antigo e sem qualquer conceito de hotel boutique

Os quartos são espaçosos, e a equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa.

Cons:

Tivemos a sensação de ter sido enganados. As fotos não correspondem mais à realidade e parecem ser de muitos anos atrás. O hotel é antigo, mal conservado e totalmente sem vida, sem qualquer atmosfera.

O quarto “Sea View” é propaganda enganosa: a vista é basicamente para a piscina, e não para o mar.

O café da manhã é extremamente simples e não tem absolutamente nada a ver com o que é mostrado nas fotos.

Cobrar R$ 1.800 por uma diária nessas condições é injustificável. É uma verdadeira propaganda enganosa e uma enorme falta de respeito com os clientes.

Incrível, revigorante.
Pros:

bastante espaço no quarto, cama gigante e confortável, tudo muito limpo e funcionado. Jogo de cama de qualidade, toalhas super macias, roupão, limpeza, climatização. O atendimento do serviço é impecável. A área da piscina com restaurante é um show a parte. O jardim é lindo e super bem cuidado. Todo mundo muito atencioso com a gente e com nossa pet. Tem serviço de massagem. Foi incrível.

As bicicletas que o hotel fornece não estavam funcionando.
