Heiß
Pros:

Worth staying to meet the lovely team
Pros:

Exceptional service from a young and very friendly team. Everyone was not just professional but also personable.

Cons:

The bedroom was very fairly priced, it’s probably worth paying the extra if you want a larger more impressive room.

Good short stay location.
Pros:

Breakfast generous . Room was adequate, comfy pillows. Bed nice and big.

Cons:

Service at breakfast a bit slow, due to apparent staff shortage, Shower in room was very small due to limited space. Water pressure was very high, almost unpleasant to stand under. Shower head was positioned too low.

Pros:

There seemed to be good spaces for drinks and food. Central position and a public car park near by. Staff were friendly

Cons:

The tiny room was closed up when I checked in, there was no air and it’s was beyond uncomfortably hot. The windows/curtains had no way of being open without staring straight into the opposite house. Breakfast didn’t start until 8am which for people on a work trip like myself couldn’t make use of the ‘breakfast included’ part. Overall really disappointing
