All good as price paid
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying at Om Mandakini Hotel. The entire team made me feel right at home from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is super convenient—especially for visiting nearby spots like Pashupatinath Temple. Outstanding hospitality, great value, and friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Pest control is needed. Geyser is not working. Flush in the bathroom needed attention.

Pros:

They did not provided us room upon arrival and denied for providing any rooms there instead contacted another hotel named vrindavan Sweets and their behaviour was so rude, even rooms were untidy dull and ok. Ok.types.

Cons:

Don't rely upon booking at booking.com , speciallly at Kathmandu as they show one room and provide another one.

Very poor experience — not as shown in pictures I had a really bad stay at this hotel. The room was not cleaned at all,

Terrible
Pros:

Rooms are very small only bed could fit. Walls are painted with thuk (spits). Owner took money before showing room. I denied to stay but he did not return my money.
