Pros:

清掃員が良かったです。コンシェルジュがいないという事でフロントが兼任していると思われますが、夜半男性のみで頼めないという事が残念。

Cons:

５泊という少なくない滞在だったので、軟膏の塗布『背中』がお願いできず、残念でした。当方ビニール手袋も用意が有りました。

Pros:

Location, 5 minutes walking from Omiya station. Room was bigger than japanese standard. It was very well equiped. Staff very kind and helpful.

朝食ビュッフェがサイコー
Pros:

隣接のソニックシティでイベントがあったため利用しました。宿泊は2回目になりますが、静かで居心地が良く、ソニックシティでのイベント後もすぐに部屋へ帰れるのでお気に入りのホテルです。
朝食ビュッフェでは美味しい埼玉グルメをたくさん堪能できるので、埼玉県民の方にも県外の方にもオススメしたいです。また泊まりたいな〜

とても清潔で道路に面した部屋でしたが、静かでよく眠れました。特大のマクラもよかった。アメニティもよく、さながら超高級ホテルの様で大満足でした。

Cons:

食事の時間が、ライブが終わって夕食でしたから、ホテルで食べる事が出来ませんでした。営業時間を考え欲しい。
