Pros:

Fungerande och bra AC. Fantastisk frukost med stort utbud.

Cons:

Gamla USB-kontakter vid sängen. Gick inte att ha telefonen på laddning i närheten. Byt till USB-C.

A very comfortable stay, well located for our business trip.
Pros:

Breakfast was VERY good. We loved the sky bar with the Thursday night happy hour and DJ. And the room was spacious and slick modern minimalist design (wardrobe doors were great, if a bit close to the bed!) And during the heatwave, the AC was performing really well and was such a relief!!

Cons:

I would have liked a light in the entrance way where the bag and coat nook is.

Pros:

Vi kom sent på natten och behövde sova några timmar innan vi fortsatte resan till Sverige. Bra med dygnet runt incheckning och att det ligger strax ovanför Hamburg så man slipper den värsta trafiken morgonen därpå. Bra frukost.

Pros:

Very convenient for a stay before or after a flight. The room was spacious, airy and comfortable for a family stay with 2 kids.
The breakfast buffet was extensive and very nice.
Checkout time of 12pm is nice for a lazy morning before a flight!
The shuttle service to the terminals for a small extra fee was very convenient.

Cons:

There was no kettle in the little kitchenette area in the room, only a coffee maker.

Unterm Strich beim nächsten Mal in HH/Norderstedt dann doch eine andere Wahl.
Pros:

Ambiente. Lage insbesondere. Mit Blick auf die Start- und Landebahnen des Airports aus der Bar im obersten Stock. Modernes Zimmer und Bad.

Cons:

Preisgebahren bei den Nebenkosten in Relation zum relativ günstigen Zimmerpreis. Z.B. für Stellplätze, Frühstück, Restaurant, Bar, etc. Totalausfall des Fernsehers in Zimmer 110. Da WM-Halbfinale Umzug in Zimmer 115, auch mit Teilausfällen die allerdings händelbar waren.

Det lagde rigtig godt i forhold til at vi kom sent hjem med fly.
Rigtig dejligt værelse og lækker rainshower. Skøn seng og dyne. Fantastisk morgenmad

Pros:

Its location to the airport. Was a 5-6 minute shuttle ride. Restaurant and bar was great. Public transportation was nearby.

Cons:

Nothing in the area to see or do. Restaurant, bar, and cafe are closed on Sunday so you have to drive or take Uber or public transportation if you want to have a meal.
