Good location and plenty of food, although much of it wasn’t very tasty. The room and SPA were very good.
Pros:

Beautiful view from the window, great pools and sauna, and there’s lemon-infused water. The unlimited ice cream is delicious. Tasty pizza. Polite staff. Nice room with a large bed, blackout curtains, and a balcony with a beautiful view. Delicious cocktails. It’s located right next to the bus station.

Cons:

Half of the spa facilities and saunas were not working. The salt room was cold. Children were entering the Pulse Therma area from the pool side, even though it’s not allowed.

The food was also an issue - even though there was plenty of it, all the hot dishes were disappointing: the croutons were cold, the meat was bland, and the spaghetti had almost no sauce.

Хубаво СПА, но с уловка. Качество на храна - лошо
Pros:

Гост съм на хотела за 2ри път. Преди години бях много впечатлена, сега освен новото спа, което са изградили (което наистина е страхотно и има adults only зона - но и това има уловка) и привлича гостите - на другото му е паднало качеството.

Cons:

1. Ултра ол инклузива им на вече 5* хотел им беше под всякаква критика - а преди години именно това ме беше впечатлило. Сега храната беше много зле - супер безвкусна, 2 дена карах на пица (а и тя все вегетарианска беше) - останах направо гладна. Особено когато си си заплатил ол инклузив и останеш крайно разочарован от храната не е приятно. Единствено закуската биваше - обяд и вечеря супер безвкусни - какво ли не пробвахме компания от 6 възрастни - ами не ставаше!
Десертите, които уж са постоянно достъпни в “Снек бара” в лобито където има десерти, бисквити и тн - половината витрина се заплаща, а това включено в ол инклузива изглежда смешно. Платихме си и торта - която на следващия ден беше предложена и на вечеря на блок масата :) не че ставаше нито тя - нито другите десерти, но беше потресаващо как се искат допълнително пари, за нещо което после се предлага на всички..
А пък да не говорим за качеството на алкохола, включено в ол инклузива… на вечеря си поръчвахме вино а ла карт, защото другото не се пиеше - сипват най-нисък клас вино. Водката (като уж алкохола трябва да е висок клас) - разлошка водка :). Коктейлите включени - 3 на брой - секс на плажа, джин с тоник и текила сънрайз (за който нямаха сок ананас и дефакто не могат да го приготвят). В спато само бара на вън има ол инклузив (и то работи до 19ч защо, при положение че Спато работи до 22?). Вътрешния бар в спато се заплаща.

2. Adults only SPA зоната - която е страхотна, обаче гривната с която влизаш там след 4тия час спира да работи? Защо? Отиваш да питаш на рецепция - ами че безплатния престой бил до 4часа, а след това се заплащало по 10 евро на човек на ден?!? Къде пише такова нещо? Нито на сайта, нито в букинг, нито в самото СПА е обозначено, нито пък при настаняване ти дават такава информация. Разбираш я в последствие - та ходихме да спорим на рецепция - както е това нещо?

Страхотно преживяване в Grand Hotel Bansko!
Персоналът беше любезен и отзивчив, стаята – чиста и поддържана, а СПА зоната – просторна и перфектна за релакс. Храната съответстваше на класата на хотела.
