Komfortables Apartementhaus in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof Richtung Binnenalster; sehr ruhig. Haus und Wohnungen barrierefrei. Auch Einchecken außerhalb der Servicezeiten funktioniert sehr gut

Cons:

Die Fugen in der Dusche und die Fliesen waren dreckig. Der grosse Spiegen an der Badzimmertüre war auch nicht sauber. Dieser hatte Spritzer, die nicht weggewischt werden konnten. Das Brot war leider abgelaufen.

Ein tolles Ambiente, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ausstattung perfekt mit allem, was man braucht. Kaffee und Tee wird bei Bedarf kostenlos nachgereicht. Alle Geräte in Topzustand! Alles blitzsauber!
Ruhige Toplage nahe der Binnenalster. 5 Min. zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof. Div. Sehenswürdigkeiten gut fußläufig erreichbar!

Huone oli siisti ja hyvällä paikalla. Suihkusta tuli hyvin vettä.. Aivan asunnon vieressä hyvä thaimaalainen ravintola

Cons:

Parkkivaraus ei sitten ihan mennytkään nappiin. Eli olkaa tarkkoina jos teette varauksen. He mainostavat 10 € parkkia , mutta eivät sitten vastaanotossa kuitenkaan puhu asiasta mitään.
Vierestä löytyy kyllä parkkihalli.

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip gut geeignet
Pros:

Das Apartment war für ein Städtetrip genau das richtige. Sehr zentral in der Stadt gelegen.
Somit war alles gut zu erreichen und es gab viel Gastronomie direkt in der Nachbarschaft.
Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Auch das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht gerade freundlich und wir wurden nicht gut über eine natürlich notwendige Sicherheitsbegehung informiert.
Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Fotos eingerichtet.
Leider war es etwas dunkel und die Fenster ließen sich durch die angebrachten Rollos nicht richtig öffnen.

Self check-in was easy and fun to do.
The apartment is very clean and spotless.
The building is safe, entry with card or passcode only.
The hallway smells fresh and pleasant.

Cons:

Sliding bedroom doors -as shown in pictures- are made of paper, which do not prevent noise and light.
Kitchen is small but efficient.
Need more wall hooks around the apartment for hanging clothes.
