Comfortable small boutique hotel in local neighbourhood close to Skanderbeg square. Room is pretty good for the price, just as other guest review probably the washroom ‘size’ is too compact but still manageable😊. Lovely breakfast

there will be some ‘chatting’ noise from the street if your room is on the basement floor.

Beim Duschen stand das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser! Das Frühstück war extrem schlecht, alles kalt. Für einen Nachschub an Kaffee waren Zusatzkosten fällig. Das Personal inkompetent und unfreundlich! Die Betten extrem weich. Das Hotel ist überwertet und sollte gemieden werden.

En stor besvikelse, tråkigt bemötande.
Pros:

Tyvärr blev detta boende en stor besvikelse. Fick ett rum i källaren, med endast ett litet smalt fönster högst upp, som vette ut mot en bar, mkt prat o oljud.
Rummet hade även en stark kemisk doft, vilket jag inte mådde bra av, och kände av min astma.
Påpeka detta, men fick ingen sympati/gensvar.
På morgonen frågade jag igen om att få byta rum, men det var ej möjligt. Vi hade en diskussion, där våra åsikter gick isär.
Hotellet avbokade rummet utan min vetskap, men fick bara en delvis ersättning.
Kände mig väldigt orättvist bemött, tråkigt avslut på min resa.

Pros:

The room is aesthetically nice and the hotel itself. 15 minutes walk to square.

Cons:

1. Lady who said we cant park at the front was not pleasant, not really accommodating
2. The aircon in 201 was not working well, old remote even the staff cant figure it out so the night was warm and didnt sleep well
3. We did not get the breakfast as it will be served from 7.30am and our flight is early so we need to check.out by 7am, they cant pack some bread etc. So when booking they should put an option no breakfast or state the time of breakfast
4. Not good area for parking, there was alloted parking but should mention on the booking or reminder before checking in so we guests no where to go

Lage war top! Wir konnten alles super einfach zu Fuß gehen. Bett war sehr gemütlich und groß.

Cons:

Gesamter Boden nach dem Duschen nass. Personal teilweise unfreundlich und sichtlich überfordert beim Frühstück.
