Fantastic apartment that was super clean and comfortable. It's located very close to the airport, making it the perfect place to crash. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially since we had to book last-minute after our flight was cancelled.

lovely staff
24 reception
prices are surging
Stayed last year and booked again for this year and will be rebooking for next year
Staff and food are fantastic. Rooms are nice and clean but too small for 2 people.
Nothing.
Very polite personnel. Great Italian food at the restaurant. Good location.
The toilet could be better cleaned
Room was small, it is big enough for 2 small children, but not big enough for adults.
The room was dirty
The location of the hotel was perfect.
The lady who checked us in & out was very friendly, & as we missed breakfast Monday morning due to not being informed of the timings, she gave us complementary snacks upon our departure from the property - very thoughtful gesture.
Very dated.
Quite a lot of fixtures & fittings were broken.
Some areas of the room hadn’t been cleaned - dust on furniture & dirt in the plug hole.
The lady who served us breakfast on our second morning was quite abrupt, & when my son asked her for an iron & ironing board after breakfast she seemed put out & was quite rude.
The superior suite was just lush. Stayed overnight with my kids and we loved how spacious it was!
Bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but I guess that's a personal preference.
Some of the staff were friendly and helpful
I booked this stay almost a year in advance. What I got on arrival was a room where nothing worked except the lights — no TV, no working plug sockets, no kettle, no working phone. I was handed a manual key instead of the key card everyone else on the corridor had. When I queried this, staff admitted they already knew the room had issues. They gave it to me anyway, on the assumption I wouldn't notice or wouldn't make a fuss.
With every socket dead, I had no way to charge my phone or any of my family's devices overnight. I left them charging at reception on the promise staff would plug them in — I collected them the next morning still completely flat. The staff hadn't done it.
I was told I could not be moved until the following day, so I was left to spend the night with no electricity, no phone, and no way to contact anyone in an emergency. For a hotel that was fully booked, knowingly allocating a guest a room in this state is not an oversight — it's a decision.
When I raised a refund, I was offered £30 against a nightly rate of roughly £58 — barely half — with no real explanation for the shortfall, and no urgency from management to put it right. Front-line staff were pleasant enough, but the manager I dealt with was visibly disinterested in resolving any of it.
On top of the room itself, the general standard of cleanliness across the building was poor — from crockery to in-room cupboards — to the point that we now bring our own cleaning supplies when we stay here, because we already know what to expect.
Handing a guest a manual key to quietly avoid a conversation about a broken room says everything about how this property is run.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The rooms are quite basic.
Great staff very supportive, good breakfast
The rooms were too small, my room toilet was not flushing properly, too warm, poor ventilation and no fans
Staff lovely , clean and comfy
Nothing
The staff were VERY friendly and accommodating
The bed was an uncomfortable pull down from the wall type.
There was a walk in shower but no bath stool & as a wheelchair user, I need something to sit on to shower.
However, it was for one night and for the price, I got what I paid for.
It looked clean until you look closer
We stayed there because our friends were having their wedding there. The staff were nice and friendly but apart from that unfortunately there’s not too much to love about this hotel.
The rooms were tiny. No air conditioning which wasn’t great as we stayed during an extremely hot spell. The bed is a pull down bed from the wall which was a very small double. There was only two plug sockets in the room although they did have two usb points underneath the plugs themselves. The toilet wasn’t very clean and there was’t a lot of storage/wardrobe space.
