Cons:

Tive problemas no meu check-in. Minha reserva estava com o número de pessoas e data incompatíveis com o que eu tinha reservado. Apresentei o voucher e foi quase uma hora para liberarem quarto. Ao tomar banho vazava água do box e deixava a seca do banhheiro toda molhada, tive que colocar duas toalhas na saída do box pra não encharcar.

The rooms were functional, and the hotel offered a straightforward, no-frills stay.

Cons:

The rooms were worn and the amenities modest. There was no tea kettle in the room, and none was available on request. Room temperature was virtually impossible to regulate — the air conditioner seemed to have only one setting. Breakfast on a business day morning was delayed by almost 30 minutes, which isn't what one expects from a business-style hotel. If back in Ribeirão Preto, I will consider other options.
