Important information:

Please note that room rates on Christmas's Eve, New year Eve compulsory dinner on 24th and on 31st December. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, additional guest will be charged separately.

Bungalow area will undergo renovations from 18 May - 30 Sep 2026. During this time, there are construction noises from the middle of the resort between 8:00-17:00. All other facilities, including the beach area, restaurant, bar, and spa, will remain fully operational.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Nice location, suitable for families

The location is unbeatable. Nice beach, right next to your room. The various and really good breakfast is really a big plus. Staff is nice.

Огромное спасибо команде Samed Villa Resort — вы подарили нам настоящий райский отпуск! С первых минут пребывания здесь не покидало ощущение, что мы оказались в каком-то сказочном, уединенном райском месте. Мы отдыхали семьей, и каждый день был наполнен комфортом и эстетическим удовольствием.

Хочется отметить высочайший класс отеля, который чувствуется абсолютно в каждой детали. Территория — это отдельный восторг! Она невероятно зеленая, ухоженная, всё буквально утопает в тропических растениях и тени деревьев. В номерах и на всей территории поддерживается безупречная чистота.

Но главное сокровище этого места — невероятно доброжелательные и чуткие сотрудники. Сервис на высшем уровне, персонал всегда готов помочь с улыбкой и искренней заботой.

Ресторан отеля также заслуживает самых высоких оценок. Завтраки просто великолепные — разнообразные, из свежих продуктов и очень вкусные, каждый найдет себе блюдо по душе. Также очень порадовал контингент отдыхающих: спокойные и приятные люди, благодаря чему атмосфера в отеле располагает к полному релаксу.

Если мы когда-нибудь вернемся на остров Самет, то остановимся только у вас. Спасибо за эти волшебные дни!

今回も最高でした

去年に続き2度目の宿泊。
サイケオビーチよりも落ち着いた雰囲気で、家族客が多いので、子供連れには居心地が良いです
毎回子供達が他の宿泊客の子供と仲良くなりビーチて遊ぶ姿が微笑ましいです。
部屋もキレイ、シャワーも問題無し。レストランの食事が手頃なのに美味しいです。
すぐ裏手にコインランドリーが出来たので便利になりました。

Cons:

特に無し。島ですし多少の不便さも楽しみたい。

ビーチの尖ったガラス片、流れ着いてしまうので仕方ないですが、もう少し除去してあると安心だと思います。
遊ぶ前に拾って捨ててました。
