Private, quiet and clean
Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful. If you don’t already know driving into town is a big no-no due to the way the streets are created you can easily get lost or not get through. However the manager picked us up at the edge of town and guided us through the town to a few limited parking spots.
Additionally they also run one of the best restaurants in town and it was amazing. The property is clean, modern and great choice.

No AC - No Clean Fans
Pros:

Breakfast was a nice bonus. Rooms were spacious enough for 1 person.

Cons:

Hotel workers don't speak any English. Rooms DO NOT HAVE A/C!!! Fair warning! I did not realize. I worked while I was here, and my room became a freaking sauna. I went to go find a fan, and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever laid eyes on. I couldn't bear to use it (pic shown). I ended up working with my door open because somehow it was nicer outside than in my room? Then, I went to bed 3 hours later and there were bugs all in my bed from having my door open. I felt so unclean here.

Pros:

De mensen zijn meer dan aardig, het ontbijt is ruim voldoende en het beste is dat je gebruik kan maken van de gym die er naast zit, het beviel ons zo erg dat we 3 dagen hebben bij geboekt

Cons:

De douche was onveilig met elecktra kabels erboven.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

The balcony rooms were nice.

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly and the check in process was difficult and made us feel uncomfortable.

Pros:

The pool area seems nice, and most of our interactions with staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room was dirty - there were ants on the ground (a decent sized grouping).
The hot water was not really hot and dissipated quickly.
It was really stuffy - there was one window, but it didnt have a screen so we didnt open it because we already had enough bugs coming into the room. It came with a small tabletop fan and that was it.

We also were approached the the 'security' guard who attempted to extort us for money. He told my partner he wasn't allowed to go on the rooftop (it was like 8pm), and told him to follow him to the lobby. In the lobby he demanded he pay him money since he was where he 'wasn't allowed to be.' Obviously he didn't pay him and we left the next day because we felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe.

Overall it felt more like a hostel room with a private bathroom rather than a 3 star hotel.

My stay in some ways exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff there. Also enjoyed the daily breakfast and coffee any time of the day or night. The location is excellent as well. And finally the property gets very high marks for cleanliness!

Cons:

Not really a complaint, I just want people to know the property prefers cash payment rather than credit cards. Booking.com has been informed of this preference but has not included it in their online description of the property. We worked out an equitable solution to this situation and the next time I stay there, I will be sure to bring ample cash/efectivo.
