Easy stay, very comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and spoke English which was helpful.

Cons:

Location was a little bit further from the station than I thought, but it was not hardship walking.

大阪のど真ん中に滞在している感覚を味わえました
Pros:

・枕が大きくて柔らかくて、とてもよかったです。
・部屋の掃除が3日に1度という制度です。自分たちはそれでよかったです。
　タオルとごみは廊下に出して置くと回収してくれます。
・頼みませんでしたが、朝食は宿泊者のみ開店前のやよい軒で食べられるようです。
・ホテルから徒歩2分の所に郵便局があり、帰りは荷物を送り、手荷物少なく帰れました。

Cons:

・阪急電車で移動する場合にはとても便利ですが、JRを利用する場合は阪急電車を越えなくてはならず、少々不便です。
　もしくは大通りに出るかです。

快適な宿泊
Pros:

洗面に拡大鏡がついていて便利な上に、バスも大きくてリラックスでき、大満足です。部屋の雰囲気もよかったので、また利用したいと思います。

Great location with good shopping and transportation network
Pros:

Location is great I think. Very close to all the restaurants and shopping. Pretty close to train station and airport buses too. If you travel to and from Arashiyama it's very convenience! You can make Kyoto part of your trip.

Cons:

It's clean but not as clean as I expected it to be. I guess I expect too much from the Japanese cleanliness? To be honest, it's not bad at all, it's just that you can find dust and little bits at the corners and sides of the bathroom.

Great location, very comfortable.
Pros:

Great location. Modern style. Very comfortable bed. Spacious toilet & bathtub.

Cons:

Found a dirty coffee cup next to the TV and a long hair in the bathtub. Apart from that, great place!

They don’t clean your room unless you stay more than 3 days. I think it is ok but shoulda at least empty the bins everyday.
