Nice comfortable room fairly close to areas main transport system.
Pros:

Breakfast (pintxos and coffee) excellent, hotel close (5 to 10 minutes walk) to nearest Bilbao transport system, views in distance superb. Staff friendly and helpful. Decen food in restaurant available lunch and eveningsas well as breakfast, though not every day - check hours.

Cons:

Hotel in light industrial area, but only about 10 minutes walk into nearest residential and bar area. Last train from city centre to near hotel was at 11pm. (This is not, of course, the hotel's fault!). Not many staff spoke English, but managed to communicate with my very basic Spanish asnd gestures! This is not intended as a criticism, more an observation for non-Spanish speakers to be aware of.
