SOBREVALORADO. Le daría un 7 como mucho

El tamaño de la habitación. Muy espaciosa

Cons:

Ubicacion nefasta. Polígono industrial con los ruidos propios de los trabajadores cuando entraron a trabajar temprano.
Esta ubicado en una gasolinera. Ningún servicio cercano. Acceso a la zona de servicios de la localidad muy solitario y oscuro.
Un hotel de tamaño considerable que se queda solo, sin personal, toda la noche. No sabemos qué hubiéramos tenido que hacer ante cualquier problema.
Los artículos de aseo dejan mucho que desear. Son bastante deficientes, sobre todo el jabon de la ducha.
Francamente, 85 euros en una localidad muy limitada y encima en el polígono industrial nos parece una tarifa muy elevada.
Para colofon, una de las recepcionistas algo altanera y por ultimo, un simple desayuno compuesto por un café con leche y pan tostado con aceite, 4 euros. Precio de barrio de Salamanca en Madrid.

Ubicacion decepcionante. El hotel forma parte de una antigua gasolinera y actualmente se aparcan en su planta baja los camiones de combustible. Bastante retirado del pueblo.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Bilbao und Umgebung
Pros:

Wir haben im Hotel Ortuella einen angenehmen Aufenthalt verbracht. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht direkt in Bilbao liegt, ist die Anbindung an die Autobahnen und Schnellstraßen sehr gut, sodass man Bilbao und die Umgebung mit dem Auto schnell erreicht.

Besonders angenehm fanden wir die ruhige Lage. Trotz der guten Verkehrsanbindung war es im Hotel sehr ruhig. Parkplätze waren jederzeit ausreichend vorhanden, sodass wir uns auch darüber keine Gedanken machen mussten.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und komfortabel. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es für einen Aufenthalt in der Region Bilbao jederzeit wieder wählen.

Las instalaciones y el personal del hotel que estaban enterados de todo y se esforzaron un montón con traslados, horarios, cómo llegar a nuestros recorridos, en todo. Me sentí como que estaba en casa con mi familia. El restaurante increíble en calidad, variedad y precios.

Quizás podrían poner shampoo/crema enjuague o venderlo

Nos gustó sobretodo porque tenía parking gratis y encima al ser lunes no tuvimos problema en aparcar en el garaje. Tiene ascensor para subir al hotel desde el garaje. La habitación estaba limpia, con toallas, gel y champú, jabón, vasos, secador de pelo y nevera. La cama muy cómoda. Muy tranquilos los alrededores. Si estás de paso es perfecto.

La cama aunque cómoda hacía mucho ruido al moverte.

Tener una pequeña nevera en la habitación por si necesitas refrescar bebida o mantener algún alimento.
Y que tuvieran un "Coffee corner" al lado de la puerta del ascensor (creo que en cada piso). Podías comprar la cápsula y tomar un cafe cuando el restaurante estaba cerrado. (También tés e infusiones).

La ubicación buena,lugar tranquilo sin ruidos, respecto al desayuno, pues los domingos no hay servicio de cafetería ni restaurante en el hotel. Tienes q desplazarte.
