Gran joya escondida en Aix
Pros:

El hotel en sí: el edificio, su personal, lo bonito que es todo.
El aire acondicionado del cuarto.
La comodidad de su cama.
El silencio y la privacidad de la habitación.
Estuvimos muy a gusto, son habitaciones pequeñas pero con casi todo (falta una mini nevera). Baño completo y ducha cómoda.

Quiet luxury with exceptional staff and facilities.
Pros:

Everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; the room was spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable; and the breakfast was more than enough to start the day off right.

Cons:

Nothing. I did not want to leave. :)

Good budget hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently positioned for restaurants and nightlife. It is air conditioned (essential with le canicule!). The staff are delightful and the room small but charming. It had a good bathroom/shower.

Cons:

We were on the third floor with no lift. There is no parking so we had to go to a nearby car park, which turned into a nightmare because the GPS tried repeatedly to take us through parts of the city which were blocked off.

Hôtel très bien situé et d'aspect typique provençal
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé. A 10 minutes à pied du centre des congrès. Aspect authentique, très provençal. Très proche de la gare, possibilité de venir à pied. Climatisation fonctionne très bien. Pièce du petit déjeuner vraiment très jolie

Cons:

Mal insonorisé. Salle de bain petite mais le pire a été la douche. Difficile de se baisser sans se taper la tête contre la paroi. Sur le site est indiqué pour le petit déjeuner "produits locaux". Personnellement je n'ai rien vu de local dans les produits proposés. Dommage, j'avais aussi choisi l'hôtel pour cela

We loved the location, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast first rate. But our room was not at all worth the money
Pros:

Beautifully located in centre ville in easy walking to the wonderful Mirabeau boulevard. The breakfast was first-rate, especially compared to other hotels we’ve stayed.

Cons:

No elevator so we had to lug heavy suitcases up three floors. Then our room: tiny, like a Dostoevsky novel. The bathroom was also small and navigating the shower was difficult and messy.

Very comfortable and convenient. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was small but clean and comfortable. Very close to the train station (Centre Ville) and centre of the old town. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Be aware there is no lift. I was on the first floor so it was not so bad, but it might be a struggle for those on upper floors as the stairs are also quite steep.
