Pros:

The room was very nice.

Cons:

The whirlpool was out of order. The water was hot but the jets did not work and that was the main reason we chose this location, in order to relax after a long day of walking.

A little over priced
Pros:

Very handy location if you have an early flight. Also, they offer a free shuttle 24/7.
There's a nice outdoor area and restaurant.

Cons:

A lot of the skirting boards were missing around the room for some reason. Not a good look when you've paid so much money! However, the receptionist dealt with us swiftly and efficiently.

Good for late arrival or early departure
Pros:

Stayed one night, the evening before early flight out. 5 minute drive to the car rental parking, located right on the edge of the airport.

Clean room, friendly staff. Restaurant off the lobby area. AC unit was a bit odd, lower the temperature but the number on the display never changed and didn't turn off by itself. Large bathroom.

Greatest host ever!
Pros:

William and Charmaine made friends with everyone in our group but William was outstanding helpful as far as manning the toaster to help move everyone along and get through breakfast in a timely fashion. Everyone was super friendly helpful .

Pros:

Everything was fantastic and went so smoothly! The beds were comfortable, room was clean. Amenities were as expected from the website. Excellent layout. Pool was wonderful and very clean. Staff were spectacular!! We had dinner and breakfast there and all family.members enjoyed their meals! Will recommend and definitely plan to stay again!

Cons:

Nothing I can think of except larger beds!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to St.John’s.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, beautiful room with lots of space, and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

Price is high, but at least quality is there.
