Very disappointing

The room was clean and generally well maintained.

Cons:

Really disappointing experience. Before check-out time, I was lying in bed and only wearing a top. A staff member knocked on the door and I answered from inside, but they didn’t respond or wait. They just used their key card and came into the room. I didn’t open the door because I wasn’t fully dressed. I honestly couldn’t believe they would just walk in.

I told the receptionist about it when I checked out. He apologized, but then immediately started explaining that they couldn’t refund me because I booked through Booking, and that I could contact Booking and maybe get a partial refund.

I wasn’t asking for a refund, and I don’t need one. I went to the reception because I wanted to report what happened. This was a serious privacy issue. His response made me feel like he assumed I was complaining just to get a refund, instead of actually taking the issue seriously.

Pros:

Das ganze drum und dran war ein Erlebnis

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist durch die offene Gestaltung und die Glasfront zum Schlafzimmer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wer das Zimmer nicht allein nutzt, sollte mit seiner Begleitung wirklich sehr gut vertraut sein, viel Privatsphäre gibt es hier nämlich nicht. 😂
