Había 2 garrapatas en el baño
Se le dijo al personal no dio solución solo se limito a decir que raro se limpian bien las habitaciones y si tenemos fallas con el Internet
Anterior mente ya nos habíamos hospedado en ese lugar y sin problema ahora fue diferente

Pros:

La habitación amplia,limpia, camas y sábanas de buena calidad. Frigobar, microondas, cafetera,minisplit, ventilador de techo.Todo bien.
Trato amable y eficiente del personal.
La calle es transitada y se escucha algo de ruido.
Volvería a hospedarme allí

Nova is comfy, modern, and clean.
Pros:

In Nova i liked the Clean, fan, AC and it's away from the street. I like the wash cloth, soap and welcome cookies with coffee and kettle.

Cons:

Staff was not as friendl as this Nova. Did not greet with a smile. That they had to transfer my reservation to Plazuela Departamentos due to near by events. Plazuela Nova was infront of a busy and loud street. Hot water takes long. No cups or pans to utilize kitchenette. No soap bar. No kettle for the coffee provided. No hand towel or wash cloth.

Los días feriados el ruido era mínimo, pero hoy 26 de diciembre, ya con la actividad más normalizada, demasiado ruido de la calle.... Desde cómo las 8am.
Nos dejaron sólo una botella de agua y kit para café por día a pesar de ser dos en la habitación...en checkout nos dijeron no debió ser así...
Igual, el primer día galletas en cuarto, después no, pero no chequé si debió ser diario
