Superior Zimmer in perfekter Größe und mit Balkon (und Strandkorb auf dem Balkon)

Cons:

Angefragtes und bestätigtes Anreisefenster ab 14:00 wurde vor Ort abgelehnt und wir mussten bis 15:00 warten.
Parkplatzreservierung / Anfrage wurde vorab bestätigt, aber vor Ort nur via Warteliste.
Service in der Lounge (5.Etg) innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten leider nicht immer gegeben.
Alles in allem entsprachen die Services nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen für ein 4 Sterne Hotel

Super nettes und fleißige Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Koordination des Frühstücksservice nicht ausreichend…fehlende Tassen, Kaffeeautomaten nur teilweise funktionsfähig… es fehlt ein Serviceleiter. Keine Klimaanlage am Zimmer.

Hotel gut gelegen - direkt am Strand! Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal !
Tolles und leckeres Frühstück!

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer mit sehr kleinem Bad- für 300 € die Nacht viel zu überteuert!
Bett für zwei Personen zu eng!
Sonne steht bis frühen Nachmittag auf dem Zimmer, heizt sich total auf-keine Aussenrollos oder Klimaanlage! An Schlaf nicht zu denken!
Blick vom Balkon (Landseite) nicht schön-nur Autos auf Parkplätzen und Häuser! Lüftungsanlage direkt unter dem Balkon (1.Etage)-laute Schleifgeräusche!

Cons:

Sauberkeit der Zimmer, Putzfrau wischt nur oberflächlich durch .. Zimmerböden immer dreckig. Starker, nasser Hundegeruch im Flur 🤮, Toilette riecht unangenehm.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!
Pros:

Es ist ein sehr freundliches Hotel. Wenn man ankommt verschreckt man ein wenig beim ersten Blick aber schon der Eingangsbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Drinnen ist alles sehr freundlich und gemütlich , man fühlt sich wohl. Das Team ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich.Uns hat die Lage gefallen. Es hat viele Restaurants in der Nähe und auch Läden und der Strand ist zum Greifen nah.
Die Bar im 5. Stock ist top! Wellnessbereich konnten wir nicht nützen weil zu viele Leute dort waren und zu wenig Liegen im Entspannungsraum.
Das Wohnzimmer fand ich super und das Frühstück auch!

Cons:

Betten waren nicht super bequem und bei der Dusche lief das Wasser immer in das Badezimmer weil die Wand zu kurz war.
Und der zu kleine Erholungsraum im Wellnessbereich war sehr schade.

Super nettes Personal, sehr gastfreundlich, Lage direkt am Strand, Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig!

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, Preis/Leistung in Anbetracht der Zimmergröße… nicht ganz ausgewogen, das Haus könnte so langsam eine Renovierung vertragen…
