В связи с ограничением оплаты российской картой на букинге большинство вынуждены оплачивать с зарубежных карт близких и знакомых людей. В большинство отелях не выдает возможность бронировать оплату по прибытии. И если вы оплатили ( по предоплатному тарифу) не со своей карты то отель вас не заселит. А если не приедете то деньги не вернут. Букинге не предупреждает об этом во время оплаты

Aufgrund der Menschenmengen, lange Wartezeiten, der eine oder andere Mitarbeiter war schon gestresst, aber Schwamm drüber, war für die Reise durch Vietnam, für 2 Übernachtungen gebucht, das hat auch gelangt für Nha Trang.

I am highly disappointed with this stay, especially for a 5-star hotel. Essential amenities like toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner were missing. Furthermore, housekeeping was incredibly delayed, with our room being cleaned as late as 9 PM. To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in our room. Having experienced the exact same poor service at Melia Da Nang, I've lost faith in Melia hotels in Vietnam

Check in was chaotic, can’t charge to your room, so having to carry money to the pool area.
Maintenance carried out directly above pool (6 floors) tile cutting with grinder for 2days. Complained on 2nd and nothing done, manager didn’t even return, but he did approach me at breakfast on our final day with some mango as an apology. When I refused and asked him politely(at least 5 times ) he continued so I left my breakfast and he followed me, I again asked him to stop, but no came to my pool bed and pushing a phone under my nose, again please leave. This went on for 30 mins or so, in the end I asked for a senior manager to get him to stop.
Extremely annoyed and disappointed at our stay.
