В пятёрке нет полотенец для постояльцев
Pros:

До моря по прямой, на верхних этажах не слышно музыку с улицы.
Заселили на час раньше (заселение с 15, но мы прилетели в 7 утра и нас "мариновали" до 14).

Cons:

После уборки постоянно забирали все полотенца, в 5-звездочном отеле нечем было вытираться после душа. Неоднократно говорили и напоминали, но менеджерам все равно, сервис на единице. Постельное белье было грязным, что-то удалось поменять, что-то нет.
И кстати по поводу замены грязного белья. Оставили заявку, уже было время ложиться, но спустя час никто и не пошевелился поменять. Это к слову про сервис.
Благо, есть с чем сравнить - в других пятерках Нячанга сервис гораздо лучше.

Pros:

Хороший отель в центре Нячанга, все рестораны, супермаркеты, магазины и топовые места рядом. Для тусовки отличное место.

Cons:

Пляжа можно сказать нет, очень много народу, лучше уезжать на острова. Если хотите релакс и пляж, тогда лучше на остров.

Family holiday and catch up with friends.
Pros:

The view and location were great for shopping and beach ( a bit of a walk). Buffet was a great selection. Great pool and gym. Everything fresh and modern.

Cons:

No utensils or cleaning equipment supplied in kitchen. Makes it difficult to use.
