beautiful hotel with amazing scenery and exceptional hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery and the perfect base for exploring the area.

What really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. We arrived late after a four-hour drive, and by the time we came down for dinner, the restaurant was just closing. Even so, the staff kindly took our order so we could still enjoy a meal. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us and truly reflects how welcoming and accommodating everyone was.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Maybe the lack of a fan during summer, but this wasnt at all an issue with our stay

einfach immer toll. Die Capuns diesmal mit leichtem Gemüse im "Gnocci-Teig" = tolle Überraschung

Dieses Dusch-Shampoo bei der Badewanne :-))) - und überall dieser Zirbenduft :-)
...und natürlich das freundliche Service des Rezeptionisten, meinen betagten Eltern und der Tante die Treppe samt Gepäck hochzuhelfen.

Wyjątkowe miejsce dla osób, które chcą odpocząć w otoczeniu alpejskiej przyrody – chętnie tu wrócimy.
Pros:

Fantastyczna lokalizacja tuż przy lodowcu Morteratsch i stacji kolei Bernina Express. Piękne górskie widoki, spokojna atmosfera, bardzo czyste pokoje oraz smaczne śniadanie. Idealna baza wypadowa do pieszych wycieczek i zwiedzania.

Es waren schöne Tage in einer ruhigen Unterkunft.
Pros:

Die Sicht auf das Bernina-Massiv direkt von meinem Fenster war top. Das Badezimmer war modern, gross und hatte ein Fenster.

Cons:

Ich reiste allein und wurde am 1. Abend zum Essen in einen leeren Speisesaal verfrachtet. Das war der totale Ablöscher. Personal im Service war teilweise sehr arrogant. Es gab keinen Lift in den 2. Stock. Muss man einfach wissen, wenn man z. B. handicapiert ist.
