Pros:

Beautiful place and easy accessible trail up to the glacier area. We stayed in the newer building. Rooms where nice but it was very hot in the rooms. And hard to keep windows open as it became very cold outside at night. The service was not top notch... They where not really able to explain the menu in the restaurant and where quite ignorant when we complained about the rooms. Felt like the staff was new…

Cosy stay in a perfect location for a nature lover
Pros:

Excellent location right next to a railway station on the Bernina line, at the mouth of a pristine alpine valley. Big and cosy rooms with lovely wooden details. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

No lift. You have to carry your luggage to the upper floors.

Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr praktische Einrichtung für Wanderer und Biker, gerade neben Bahnstation gelegen, gute Parkmöglichkeit, Veloraum.

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Waren schon das zweite Mal im Hotel. Wegen der hervorragenden Lage ist das Hotel Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen. Frühstück war ebenfalls
sehr gut.Die Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude sind etwas klein . Die
Ausstattung spartanischen aber ein sehr guter Sanitärbereich . Wir kannten diese Gegebenheiten.Diese sollten in den Beschreibungen auch hinzugefügt werden.

Pros:

清潔感があり、少しトレッキングするとすぐ近くに氷河が見えます。大自然を独り占め、スイスに来た！と実感できる最高のロケーションだと思います。
街中のホテルにしなくて良かった〜と何度も思いました。
朝食も素晴らしい焼き上がりのパンが多数並び、空気も最高で、思い出に残りました。

Cons:

荷物が大きかったので、別棟の宿泊所の階段を抱え上げるのが辛かったです。

My family loved our stay
Pros:

Hotel was perfect for our family. Meals were great (we had breakfast and dinner there). Loved the hike up to the glacier. Proximity to train was also wonderful. We only stayed one night but would’ve loved to stay longer. We’ll be back.
