Pros:

The food is sensational! And so lovely to have such a big breakfast selection where we could eat anything we wanted! The staff are very lovely and the spa is small but gorgeous. Had an amazing massage!

Cons:

The pool area is a bit odd, feels like you’re just staring into the swim up pool bedrooms when you’re on the sun loungers so definitely lacks privacy. Rooms were clean but faint musty/damp smell but given the heat & humidity there I think that probably can’t be helped! Alcohol free property too which we knew before hand but I would’ve been put off by that if I didn’t know before I went!

אחת החוויות הגרועות שהיו לי במלון אי פעם. סגרתי את החופשה הזאת זמן רב לפני ההגעה, אך כשהגענו הממשלה פרסמה אזהרת מזג אוויר על האיזור, ויחד עם העובדה שהמלון בכלל לא היה לטעמי ביקשתי אישור מהמנהלת שתקצר לי את השהות ותזכה אותי על הימים האחרונים. לא משנה כמה ביקשתי, הם לא הסכימו בשום אופן. המנהלת היתה מזעזעת ולא הסכימה בכלל לדבר איתי. הם אמרו שאין לי סיבה מספקת לכך... ואז פתחתי בפניהם שהאוכל שם דוחה, המים במקלחת היו קרים והספה ששמו את אחד הילדים שלי עליה היתה קשה כמו אבן והיא בכלל לא מתאימה לשינה. שומדבר לא עניין אותם ואני פשוט עשיתי דאבל בוקינג ועברתי למלון אחר ללילות האחרונים. הם בטח יגידו שהם העבירו אותנו חדר (לחדר אחר שבו יש נטפליקס ויוטיוב) אך עדיין האטימות וכל מה שנלווה לכך גרמו לי לא לרצות להיות שם אפילו שעה נוספת. בקיצור- לא מומלץ.

Not many gluten free options for breakfast being that it’s vegan but food was good.

It felt like we were at a health sanctuary, vegan food was amazing!
Pros:

The location was excellent - 5 minute walk to the Old City wall. It was incredibly quiet, like a sanctuary even though the location was so central. The whole place is beautifully maintained. The room was gorgeous with a large bathroom with a lovely double shower. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I don't know what the bedding is made from but the sheets and the pillows were excellent. There's 2 pools, maybe 15-18 metres?, lots of deck chairs, really clean. The gym is small but got good equipment, and there's a yoga room you can use to work out if the gym is busy. They have yoga and a spa place for facials etc. There's bikes you can use. The breakfast is amazing. I'm vegan and it was SO fabulous to stay somewhere where you know you can eat everything! And it was so healthy. In the afternoon there is complimentary herbal tea, and snacks which were yum. The staff are all really lovely, helpful and friendly. We stayed 3 nights. I would definitely stay there again and for longer.

Cons:

This is not a complaint but just so you're aware. We booked a tour to a Rescue Elephant Sanctuary and got picked up at 7am. Breakfast doesn't start until 7am so you'll miss out. And you don't want to miss the breakfast cos it's delicious!

A Truly Memorable Family Holiday in Chiang Mai

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday here.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore Chiang Mai while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained throughout our stay.

What made this trip especially memorable was the exceptional hospitality from the team. A special thank you to Fern, Orn, and Ton, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome.

We were especially touched when the team prepared a birthday cake for our son. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made his birthday even more special. Moments like this are what turn a good holiday into an unforgettable one.

Thank you to everyone for giving our family such a memorable vacation. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

So pretty- we loved our pool room!!
Pros:

Thank you for such a great time- we loved our pool room with jacuzzi. Thank you to Alex and Fern, such kind service. We loved our entire stay and yummy breakfast even as non vegans!
