Pros:

Beautiful hotel with delightful staff and delicious breakfast. Room was spacious and hot tub on balcony was great!

Cons:

Balcony had blinds you could pull down, but was overlooked for the hot tub if you didn't lower them.

身為吃素台灣人，餐點幾乎每天都會換這點不錯，可以多享用不同的泰式餐點，口味上很泰式，吃習慣台灣口味可能要習慣一下，偶爾會有花椰菜等簡單炒菜，很感動。

Pros:

Les lieux, la propreté et la beauté de l’hôtel. Nous avons été surclassées car la moitié de l’hôtel était en travaux.
Piscine sympa même si pas très grande.
L’emplacement est super pratique : proche de plusieurs marchés, proche des salons de massage et des petits commerces.

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas très à l’aise en anglais donc la communication a parfois été difficile.
Les prix des repas sur place et des boissons est excéssif (une noix de coco fraiche à 200 baht!?). Les massages sont trop chers aussi.

Breakfast was nice but it didn’t have any fresh fruit juice. I also would’ve liked scrambled tofu or something similar.

Exquisite food, lovely staff and very clean property
Pros:

Very clean property, pool and excellent room service daily. Soy cappuccino coffee at breakfast was a first! Breakfast all vegan and varied each day.

Cons:

No access to second building and restaurant due to works. Another restaurant and pool access would have been nice

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai
Pros:

Great location and very pleasant and friendly staff. It was very serene and quiet. Although we are not vegans, the food was very good.
