Cons:

前台服务态度特别差，入住当天问了早餐时间，给我们说了错误的时间。屋内和床感觉很潮湿。我们入住两晚，只放了一晚的咖啡和浴巾，第二天早上特意告诉前台，帮我们补充一下咖啡，更换下浴巾，结果却没有任何操作。提供直饮水的地方特别简陋，看起来不太卫生。

No room service, felt like a lodge and not a hotel. Very disappointed from IHG.
Pros:

Breakfast is not good. It's a restaurant to serve for outsiders. Not good for hotel guests. Not clean, unhygienic..

Cons:

No proper breakfast. staff was busy catering to restaurant orders.

Not the quality you normally will get at a Holiday Inn Express (rundown in staff, breakfast)
Pros:

This is not your typical Holiday Inn Express. There is a Chinese restaurant in the lobby, which doesnt belong to the hotel. Breakfast however took place here in the morning: very poor quality. Staff was not that friendly at check in, at breakfast (didnt get a voucher at check in and had to go back to ask it as they didnt want to serve me breakfast). Feels run down and not the quality you normally can expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Cons:

Staff, breakfast, whole impression in the reception/ lobby area.
