Cons:

Estaba muy descuidado. Te movías por el hotel y encontrabas de todo en el camino; cajas, sacos, utensilios de obra, hasta un caballo de porcelana roto en una fuente sin agua. El personal ausente. Hotel sin vida. No lo recomiendo

A great place to stay in Chiang Mai!
Pros:

- Location was perfect! Walkable to everything you’d want to do in the city
- Hotel offered airport shuttle, including to accommodate our 4:00am pick up time
- The room was a great size
- Complimentary waters

Cons:

- Felt a bit lonely at times (we never saw other people during our stay) but that also meant it was quiet. We also felt safe the entire time

Delightful in everyway, perfect as a base to explore the delights of Chiang Mai
Pros:

Really unique character, beautiful features and decor set in lovely surroundings. Set back from the road so very private and quiet. Big room, very clean and our upgraded room on the ground floor had a private balcony/ terrace with access right to the pool. Excellent service from all staff. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Pros:

Le potentiel des décors, la grande chambre .

Cons:

Les lieux ont un potentiel énorme mais sans âme , pas de chaleur humaine , des lieux inertes qui ne mettent pas en valeur tout ce qui se trouve. Peut être sommes nous mal tombés car à la fin de la semaine le bar semblait sortir de son sommeil .
La piscine est trop froide et ne voit jamais le soleil , c’est dommage . J’accepte l’eau froide si je peux sécher au soleil .
Bref nous avons trouvé le lieu sympa mais sans petit déjeuner et sans dynamisme des lieux la note est salée à la fin (430 euros 3 nuits pour une chambre ) d’autant que nous a avons trouvé par la suite des lieux tellement chaleureux et pas chers que celui nous a paru fade.

We liked everything! Very nice staff and the hotel is unique. Staff helped us organize a few trips around Chiang Mai which were great btw. Our room was huge with a balcony. It had all the amenities like hairdryer, ac, tv, robes, kettle, fridge, etc. The location is very nice. Room was clean, we had a room service everyday, with new towels, etc. Also there is Cafe, restaurant and pool, all well mentained. Thank you, for making our stay in Chiang Mai great!

Établissement mal situé, chambre propre et spacieuse
Descoration très loin de Versailles en tant que française ça fait surtout too much
Piscine froide et sans soleil
Petit déjeuner bon mais avec supplément cheveux dans l’assiette

Cons:

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles tout les suppléments style café, bouteille d’eau et utilisation de chaussons vous seront facturés
