There was nothing that I didn’t like
The room was quiet and comfortable. There was a dog walking area adjacent to the parking lot and a nearby park. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was eh... nothing special but if you want cereal and eggs that are ok... no problem.
there was a leak from the 2nd floor which was draining to the 1st floor right by the elevator. I asked for a late check out at midday, but the hotel desk clerk forgot to extend my room key till noon as it automatically locks you out at 11am check out time. They shut the water in the building off at 10:15am without telling anyone and i had to shower to go to an important meeting. So i jumped into the pool to get myself as fresh as i could be. it was really a not well - kept hotel. I did go into the hot tub but the water looked murkey and there was a guy there fixing the hot tub.

Location perfect for business meetings I had during my stay, great little bars and coffee shops within 5 mins walk also, parking onsite is great also
The breakfast, I think they’d be better just not offering it, I live and travel in the EU and that breakfast offering would get a hotel shut down back there, sausages that nothing like sausages and an egg omelette that looked like a 5yr had made it from putty, that was it for hot food, porridge pots with no hot milk or water to make it and no microwave to heat it either, one of the poorer breakfast offerings I’ve come across and a shame as the hotel and staff are genuinely lovely.

Great staff. Lovely outdoor seating. Excellent Location. Comfortable beds. Just what I would expect from a Marriott except that the breakfast was a little bit lacking compared to other Towneplace Suites I've stayed in. Otherwise, no complaints!
Breakfast disappointing
I had an amazing stay from start to finish. The hotel’s manager set the tone with exceptional hospitality and genuine care for guests. You can tell they take real pride in the property and make sure everything runs smoothly.
The sales representative I worked with was equally impressive — professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. They made everything simple and stress‑free, which I truly appreciated.
And the front desk team member who checked me in was wonderful. Friendly, welcoming, and quick to offer assistance, they made me feel at home the moment I walked through the door.
Overall, the service here is top‑notch. If you’re looking for a place where leadership, sales, and guest services all go above and beyond, this hotel is the place to stay. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful experience at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. Our group was in town for business, and Travis Desmond went above and beyond to assist us. He made the room reservation process completely seamless, which was greatly appreciated when coordinating multiple travelers.
The hotel itself was very nice and exceptionally clean. The rooms were excellent—comfortable, well‑appointed, and perfect for a business stay. Breakfast options were great, with a good variety to start the day. The location is another huge plus, with many restaurants and things to do within easy walking distance.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
