Location is really good, just a stone's throw away from Taipei Main station. Room is spacious and quiet.

Location across the road from Taipei Main Station was perfect. There is an exit right in front of the hotel. There are some market stalls in front a well every night, endless restuarants and street food nearby. Great to have washing facilities for free and easy access. Everything was perfect, cannot fault

The hotel is located on the 19th floor of the ASIA PLAZA BUILDING right next to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department store.

Room: extremely spacious for a hotel right in the center of the city. Rooms are clean and comes with the basic necessities such as towel and 2 bottles of water daily. Other disposable amenities such as toothbrush & toothpaste and comb are not provided(stipulated by Taiwan law).

Bathroom: seated BIDET is provided in room toilet seat. Makes cleaning so much more comfortable. Shampoo and bath liquid are provided but if you don't like the scent; you may want to bring your own.

Laundry room: Clean and fully functional washing and drying machines available to use. Laundry powder is provided but if you don't like the scent. 2 washers and 3 dryers are available to use. Room provides laundry basket with your room number stated for use.

Staff: ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. Few of them can even converse in english and japanese. There is a book of recommended places; placed on the reception counter for dining near the hotel. Do take note that some places may be closed (just as reference).

Walk-ability: easily access from TAIPEI MAIN STATION through lift exit Z2 (just walk further past COSMED). the other entrances of Z4 and Z2 are stairs. There is no underground access to this building. Those with luggages are recommended to use lift Z2 exit. Taipei Main Station is a HUGE station with underground shopping mall accessing both left side of the city and right of the city.
Walk-ability: Those who want to walk to XIMENDING is also possible with a short walk of 20mins away or 1 train station away from Taipei Main station.

Food & cosmetic shopping: McDonald's is just 1 minute walk from the hotel by turning left once you exit the building. If your itinerary is for cosmetic/skincare shopping....WATSONS & POYA & COSMED are located nearby the hotel. Some have Tax Refund processing for your purchase above a certain amount.

The location across the road from the main station was perfect. Close to everything.
Loved the washing facilities, included in the price, no need to purchase washing powder. Very easy to understand all the instructions in the laundry room.
Common area was great also, great coffee machine, hot water , fridge, plenty of chairs and tables to sit and a great view
