This hotel met our needs: clean, comfortable, safe room, free parking, and a good breakfast woth good coffee to start th
Pros:

Great location, good breakfast selection and food was plentiful with good coffee. Only suggestion is to add peanut butter to condiments. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Cons:

Hotel just did not smell fresh. Although pretty clean, it could definitely benefit from a deeper cleaning routine in rooms that leave behind a light and fresh scent.

Cons:

There was only one cart to move my stuff in to the room. The next morning some one had the cart in there room and I had to make three trips to and from my room. I have been a user of this facility for more than 7 years and this has never been the case.

Every went well but they did not gave us the exact room with two queen bed and a sofa as was mentioned in the booking.
Pros:

The staffs are very nice.

Cons:

There is no available coffee and water 24 hours. The rest room has enough space but exhaust fan is not working. What we book suppose to be two queen bed and a sofa bed but they gave us one king bed and a sofa bed.
