Unser Zimmer wurde kein einziges Mal sauber gemacht! Trotz, dass ich mehrfach eine E-Mail geschrieben habe und dass mehrfach eine E-Mail zurückkam, dass es erledigt wird.
Perfecte locatie. Knal in het centrum en vlak naast het Centraal Station
Het ontbijt: o.a. geen vers fruit meer, koffie van het ene apparaat was slecht, geen yoghurt..
The room, the breakfast, the staff… everything was perfect to me; I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton By Hilton Antwerp Central Station.

This is the perfect choice if you want to stay near Antwerp Central Station. It's located right across the street from the station exit, making it incredibly easy to find. The rooms are spacious, and the front desk staffs are always wonderfully cheerful and eager to help guestsl. Another highlights was the breakfast, where you can make your own waffles—definitely a great perk!
We weren't expecting great things from a hotel in very close proximity to the station, but convenience was a priority for us. Take a good look at the promotional photo of the yellow sofa and designer rug, then compare with the filthy uncared-for reality. That's your first impression, and the rest of the hotel - room, decor, pubic areas - is also scruffy. It might have been much more stylish back in the day but everything is tired now. Breakfast was rated by other reviewers but our experience was of diluted fruit juice and average quality food served in a cafeteria-like space. It felt like Hilton had stopped caring, although the staff tried hard to please. 3 days without room cleaning was too long. Putting the responsibility on the guest to ask for clean towels? Is that what your vacation is for?Pillows, as reported by others, had no substance.

Onduidelijk waar precies ik kon parkeren, maar telefonisch snel opgelost.
Op de kamer zou een koord bij het bed hangen wat een alarm zou zijn, maar waar het hoort te hangen leek iets kapot te zijn op kamer 524. Verder hing de douchekruk los welke met kit geprobeerd was vast te maken? Ik had de kruk en alarm niet nodig, maar het lijkt mij zeer onveilig in deze staat deze kamer. Nogmaals: voor mij was de kamer prima, ik heb die faciliteiten niet nodig.
En het kussen was echt veel te dun en zacht
