Wonderful stay, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Clean and updated. Free continental breakfast.
Pet friendly, very kind staff.
Free parking and close to many things. Easily walk to some restaurants.

Cons:

The pull out sofa was very flimsy unfortunately.

Fantastic Customer Service
Pros:

Thank you, how clean rooms were. 4th floor, breakfast was yummy & amazing for each day, just enough to keep are energy going till late. Thanks staff!

Cons:

JUAN is a wonderful staff, exceptional, he went above and beyond to ensure my rooms were not cancelled by booking.com, and when I got there he greeted us professionally, with great customer Service, kind gentleman. THANKs again, Juan, you really are a AAA+ rated person!

Would not stay here again
Pros:

I will start with the good because it is shorter. Thomas who works the front desk deserves 5 stars as he is awesome! Friendly, conscientious and professional. Unfortunately that is where the good things end. It started when I was assigned a room different from what I chose online in the app prior to arrival. Rather than being on the end I was sandwiched between two rooms and the noise you hear from showers to toilets to door slams and talking is insane. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the bathroom was not clean. Hairs a different color than mine were on the floor, in the shower and bathroom sink. Stains on the furniture and the 2-day “refresh” was nothing more than empty trash and replace some (not all) of the used towels. Considering what the room cost I would have rather stayed on the main strip and surely would have gotten better service and accommodations. The noise from the nearby road is bad as well (which is why I tried to choose a room away from it but that was not what I was given). You have so many options in Vegas, I would recommend somewhere other than this. Also, the breakfast is really bare bones with zero daily variety or changes.

Beyond great and comfortable
Pros:

Exceeds any preconceived expectations I had. The room was very clean and the staff was kind. Breakfast was great every morning and gave a great timeframe 6-10 which is perfect. We felt well taken care of and safe, as we had our kids with us. The location was perfect, especially when you don't want to be near the main strip. It was quiet and peaceful. we will definitely be back.
