What a great team!
Pros:

I spent three nights here and attended a soccer game. We loved the hotel! The obnoxious team members outside yelling and screaming need to get a life. I looked up the wages at this hotel on indeed and these people are very well paid. If you don’t like your job, quit. I would take your job happily. Standing outside screaming like a bunch of idiots is far from productive. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great and I left very generous tips. I met several of the managers cooking eggs and cleaning the hallways. This is my 3rd time here and I will keep coming back.

Pros:

Ridiculous noise day and night! Strike employees! Loud rude and aggressive jerk on public sidewalk at front door attempting to play drums. Argumentative, threatening and made sure everyone knows there is poop in the pool. Then as a bonus an antisemitic rant about management that made no sense at all! ok, so you are unhappy go get a different job

Exceptional Customer Service During the FIFA World Cup

I had an outstanding experience with Embassy Suites Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square, even before my stay began.

We were attending a FIFA World Cup match and had a unique situation. We needed a safe and comfortable place for our nanny and child to stay during the game. Hotels were extremely busy, but Leah Cole, the Senior Sales Manager, went above and beyond to help us find a solution. She was proactive, reached out with available options, responded quickly to every question, and made the entire reservation process smooth and stress-free.

Leah's professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. She carefully explained the reservation process, helped with the check-in and payment arrangements, and made sure everything was taken care of before our arrival. It's rare to receive this level of personalized customer service, especially during such a busy international event.

Thank you, Leah, for making our World Cup experience so much easier. Your exceptional hospitality is a big reason I would happily recommend Embassy Suites Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square to anyone visiting Seattle. I truly appreciate all your help!

Nice stay and will return
Pros:

Despite the obnoxious strikers we enjoyed our stay! it was minutes from stadium and World Cup Game.
The breakfast offered a little of something for everyone. The Restaurant Coins greeter could use an attitude adjustment.
I have worked with the public over 40 yrs now and understand Thursday nights can be busy but please treat me as I would treat you ....smile, use the word -sorry and how can I make this scenario better for you.

Disappointing for a Hilton
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The dispenser in the room was not filled; the t.v. was not working initially; there was plumbing noise in the room. The next morning we could not access the room. The acting manager gave us another key and it still did not work. Then maintenance was sent up and changed the battery on the lock. Little to nothing concern from the "acting" manager.

I highly recommend this property in the heart of pioneer square You can get everywhere easily from here and it’s much nicer than a regular embassy suites It feels more lux/premium. Mike is a fantastic GM, and you can tell he really cares about guests.

Fabulous location.
Pros:

The breakfast, happy hour and location was fabulous. You looked after our luggage which was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

The first time we stayed there the phone next to the bed kept lighting up and kept me awake. The room was a little too dark.
