Staff were on strike.. going eveything they could to disrupt customers
Awful place
Avoid
19th floor. View was good and super easy flat walk to T mobile park. Would be even closer to Lumen field. 2 drinks for free at 5:00 pm and very good made to order breakfast.
The protests at the front were very loud.
Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly. And the views were outstanding.
The staff were very friendly.
Several employees are striking in front of the hotel and they are very loud and start early in the morning. The strike has definitely impacted the cleanliness of the facilities. The common areas of the hotel are dirty (pool area, elevators, carpets). Long lines for elevators. Normally love embassy suites, but based on this experience; would not recommend.
The breakfast and evening happy hour were nice. The on-site restaurant, 23 Coins , was very nice.
We were double charged for parking. When we pointed this out to the front desk we received a condescending response and were told we wouldn't received a refund for 2 business days. That left my niece short of funds for our stay.
Also, the suites are very nice, but the bathrooms need exhaust fans! The sliding doors are good decor features, but afford little privacy.
Great location if you’re planning on attending a Seahawks or Mariners game. It’s very pricey per night, plus parking, but you’re paying to be closer to the stadiums.
We were not informed ahead of time that there was a strike going on with some of their hotel staff. They were out front daily from 7am-2pm, loud speakers. It was so insanely loud we could barely hear the people across the counter when trying to check in. According to the staff at the adjoining restaurant, the strike had been going on for at least a month (again, we were not notified before our stay). Also check in time was at 4pm. We arrived early (1pm), our room understandably wasn’t ready. We checked back periodically, asked that they call when it’s ready, and heard nothing. Came back at 4pm and our room was still not ready (we watched dozens of others check in). They didn’t send a cleaning crew to our room until 3:45pm. The clerk called the crew and asked when it would be done and they said “it was really bad.” We didn’t get our room until after 4:30pm. For $2000 for two nights I expected better, and did not appreciate the zero heads up about the strike.

Because of the strike we did not get rooms serviced. It would have been nice to be notified of this in advance especially given the price of the room per night
It was roomy, clean and quiet.
It was a bit pricey because the World Cup was on.
Prachtige locatie. Heel luxe allemaal.

I spent three nights here and attended a soccer game. We loved the hotel! The obnoxious team members outside yelling and screaming need to get a life. I looked up the wages at this hotel on indeed and these people are very well paid. If you don’t like your job, quit. I would take your job happily. Standing outside screaming like a bunch of idiots is far from productive. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great and I left very generous tips. I met several of the managers cooking eggs and cleaning the hallways. This is my 3rd time here and I will keep coming back.
Ridiculous noise day and night! Strike employees! Loud rude and aggressive jerk on public sidewalk at front door attempting to play drums. Argumentative, threatening and made sure everyone knows there is poop in the pool. Then as a bonus an antisemitic rant about management that made no sense at all! ok, so you are unhappy go get a different job
Guy has the intellectual capacity of a baked potato!
I had an outstanding experience with Embassy Suites Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square, even before my stay began.
We were attending a FIFA World Cup match and had a unique situation. We needed a safe and comfortable place for our nanny and child to stay during the game. Hotels were extremely busy, but Leah Cole, the Senior Sales Manager, went above and beyond to help us find a solution. She was proactive, reached out with available options, responded quickly to every question, and made the entire reservation process smooth and stress-free.
Leah's professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. She carefully explained the reservation process, helped with the check-in and payment arrangements, and made sure everything was taken care of before our arrival. It's rare to receive this level of personalized customer service, especially during such a busy international event.
Thank you, Leah, for making our World Cup experience so much easier. Your exceptional hospitality is a big reason I would happily recommend Embassy Suites Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square to anyone visiting Seattle. I truly appreciate all your help!
