Not bad at all - almost three stars I’d say, but everything is minimal, even considering a couple days stay, not to mention Long Stay as advertised. Wood-like eveywhere. The sigle chair should have be sent to a dump long ago. Internet - paid by device used is slow - if you are enough lucky to have it work. If you don’t like call the provider company…
Excellent location, large fenced parking, clean inside out, quiet if the room faces parking.

The room was on street side and the constant road noise from busy road even though the traffic went down later in the night. But it picks up early in the morning. They need better glasses on windows. The wifi was flaky and i could not get to the sign in page consistently. the desk staff can be little more pleasant. There was in this odor in the hallways probably from people cooking in their rooms because it is an extended stay hotel. It reminded me of grad student apartments in college where all kind of international food smells fill the corridors. I did see families hauling in fresh vegetable crates into the elevator. It is a newish hotel and that is why my friend recommended this place.

I had a very disappointing experience with WoodSpring Suites Seattle Redmond, and I would not recommend this property.

The biggest issue is the complete lack of customer care. The staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to help when there was a problem. It genuinely felt like once they had your money, they simply did not care about you as a customer.

I canceled my reservation well in advance, yet I never received the refund I was expecting. I contacted the property about the issue, but instead of trying to resolve it, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of responsibility. Dealing with them was frustrating and extremely unprofessional.

Good customer service is not just about providing a room — it is about how you treat people when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, this hotel failed badly in that respect.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking here, especially if there is any possibility that your plans might change.

web site should say clearly that no house cleaning for two weeks

Couldn’t believe no ice machine for our one night stay!

The staff was unfriendly. Our refrigerator went out and all of our food went bad and the staff blamed us for not calling them at 2am. They never offered anything to us to try and make it right. We had to take out our own trash to the dumpster and we had to wait hours to get clean towels. They was also never anyone at the front desk and you had to call over and over before someone would come to help you.

It is a very weird place in a weird location.

I booked and it said I could check in till 12am and wasted 160 on it when I went it was closed and now I have to pay that fee

We had only a straight backed chair and an Awful recliner in our room. The recliner was vinyl but was ripped and the vinyl was torn off in places, I finally put our bath towel in it so I could sit down. The bed was so close to the wall on my side that i had to squeeze in sideways in order to go to bed. The bed could not be moved away from the wall because of the nightstand on the other side.

I asked for additional towels and was told I had to go downstairs to get them / Not very Customer Friendly / Did not understand why this hotel did not have rugs on floor

lobby is cold, rarely any staff present

No cancelation allowed thru hotel or booking.com. Came as a surprise to me. Now I know. Unhappy with that aspect. Understand now.
