Clean but fair at a decent price - good location
Pros:

The location was great easy to find and had a great restaurant " The Pomegranate Bistro" withing walking distance. The free parking was great. The public areas and room was very clean.

Cons:

We had only a straight backed chair and an Awful recliner in our room. The recliner was vinyl but was ripped and the vinyl was torn off in places, I finally put our bath towel in it so I could sit down. The bed was so close to the wall on my side that i had to squeeze in sideways in order to go to bed. The bed could not be moved away from the wall because of the nightstand on the other side.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of nearby conveniences, and the property was clean throughout. The room was well-equipped with a small induction stove, cookware, plates, and utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals.

The staff were friendly and helpful, although they were often quite busy. Parking was plentiful and convenient. I also appreciated the secure building access, which requires a room key to enter.

Cons:

The front desk is only physically staffed during certain hours. Although Booking.com indicated payment would be made at the property, the hotel attempted to charge my card the day before arrival and required payment before the 3:00 PM check-in time.

If you need fresh towels, you must exchange your used ones at the front desk. We checked out at 3:00 AM for an early flight and dropped our room keys through the little opening of the front desk window since the front desk was closed. We tried calling the hotel using the lobby phone and messaging through the booking app, but received no response. Even a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated. Also, breakfast is not offered, only coffee is available, and it's not provided 24/7.

Glad I only stayed one night.
Pros:

Location and ease of access made it an efficient location to book. Close to the freeway and midpoint from 2 locations in Washington that we had to visit while here.

Cons:

The bed was probably the biggest ache out of the entire stay. The cheap mattress on steel stilts was an interesting combination. The sleeping options reminded me of my 18 yo self back in my basic training days in the military. The facility was somewhat clean, at least for the most part until you sit around long enough and start noticing the baseboards, the towels, tub, sink. Looks like a quick wipe down and called it a day. The biggest critique would be when its finally time to sleep, and you can literally hear 360 degrees in the room. The stomping upstairs, the chair dragging from the room across from you, or the toilet flushing from the room right next to you. If you are a light sleeper be sure to take your melatonin earlier and at a stronger dose.

Location is good.

Cons:

Place is on budget. Very overpriced for the amenities. They offer the least amount of everything (attendance at front desk, room service, towels, soap, shampoo etc). Bathroom had hair and floors were not clean.
