Pros:

Hotel in pieno centro storico in un palazzo d'epoca. Posizione ottima, anche se in zona pedonale in scooter abbiamo sempre trovato da parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. La camera era grandissima e luminosa ad avevamo a disposizione una splendida terrazza che affacciava su un delizioso patio interno . Pedro ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza e cordialità.

Cons:

In una settimana non sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani. Forse avremmo dovuto chiederlo ma ci aspettavamo che venisse fatto di default a metà del soggiorno

Atribulada dada a situação de festa local, (São João) que não esperávamos fosse tão antecipada
Pros:

A localização é excelente, o pequeno almoço é bom, considerando que está incluído no preço do quarto. Abundante, embora continental.
O gerente, Pedro foi super simpático, ajudou-nos a chegar, deu-nos imensas informações via whatsapp e avisou-nos das limitações de tráfego durante os dias de festa. Como o hotel está no centro histórico os carros não circulam e temos que nos deslocar a pé cerca de 10 minutos.

Tout était parfait, très bon accueil, chaleureux et à l’écoute. La chambre d’hôtel était très propre et nettoyé tout les jours. L’hôtel est très bien situé et calme. Parking gratuit à proximité. Je recommande tres vivement

Tout, l’endroit incroyable et très bien situé, l’excellent accueil, la suite tout simplement magnifique et propre. Le calme de l’hôtel alors que la ville était en pleine fête de San Juan! Le petit déjeuner original dans un cadre atypique

La bañera no es va poder utilitzar perque hi ha un grifo de lavabo en comptes d'un de bañera amb lo que sortia molt poca aigua, no es va poder utilitzar.

Draps non changés à notre arrivée (pleins de cheveux sur l’oreiller, sable au niveau des pieds, odeurs des draps, mouche morte), sol non nettoyé (plein de saleté) aussi bien dans la chambre que dans l’hôtel globalement, odeur insupportable de parfum d’ambiance diffusé en continu pour masquer les mauvaises odeurs, serviettes de bains salles (le tapis de bain n’était même pas un tapis mais une serviette pleine de taches de javelle; les serviettes avaient toutes des taches), moisissures sur les murs, odeurs horribles dans la chambre, ventilation accessible à hauteur humaine pleine de poussière donc aucune envie d’allumer la clim qui n’a pas du être entretenue depuis des années. La chambre était pleine de petites mouches. En résumé il s’agit d’une véritable arnaque, j’ai été dans deux autres hôtel à Minorque pour moins chère et c’était propre. J’en ai fais des hôtels dans ma vie mais même pas des draps propres à l’arrivée, on a touché le fond pour presque 200€ la nuit.

Pros:

Pedro è un host veramente gentile, professionale e super accogliente. La camera era identica alle foto, molto comoda e con tutti i servizi necessari. Avendo avuto un po’ freddo la prima notte abbiamo richiesto a Pedro delle coperte ed ha provveduto subito per recuperarle. Posizione da 10: comoda per tutto il centro di Ciutadella e con una parata di taxi a sol i due minuti a piedi. Posto consigliatissimo.
