L emplacement

Cons:

Pour le confort il manquait : shampooing, boîte avec mouchoirs, une bouilloire mais pas de sachets de café ou de thé. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie c'est un vrai manque qui fait passer la note de 9 a 8.

One great room one not so great
Pros:

Beautiful aristocratic building with 10 rooms in a fantastic location bang in the middle of Ciutadella’s historic centre.

Cons:

We had 2 rooms. One the junior suite is very beautiful light and airy with a private balcony. The other the deluxe room has a bath in the bedroom that takes too long to fill up without it getting cold. This room also has a funky smell and no air.

Pour un long séjour (6 nuitée), la diversité du petit-déjeuner est un peu juste. Rotation sur 2 jours

Ubicación, habitación muy cómoda y la atención personal de Pedro, quien nos fue a buscar al parking ya que el hotel está en zona de no circulación vehicular

Cons:

Falta de flexibilidad en horarios de desayuno, Lo excelente de la atención de Pedro es su parte débil, ya que está sólo para atender todo y debería contar con alguien que lo ayude

Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour un court séjour

La situation géographique, en plein centre de Ciutadella / facilité pour se garer dans les parkings gratuits alentours (vacances en hors saison) / amabilité de l'hôte Pedro / Décoration de l'hôtel / petit-déjeuner suffisant

Cons:

Notre chambre au RDC donnait sur la rue (pas de bruit cependant en cette saison) et sentait fort l'humidité. Mais les autres chambres de l'hôtel sont mieux situées.
