Pros:

Location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is also friendly, Helder from reception gave us great Madeira recommendations.
We also had access to the facilities of the hotel across the road, which was a bonus.

Very noisy on the 2nd floor if your room is near reception and the main street.
Beds are not comfortable for the price of the stay neither the pillows .

Konumu muhteşemdi. Funchal'da her yere kolayca erişmek istiyorsanız otelin lokasyonu çok iyi. Biz araç kiralamadık. Yürüyerek ya da toplu taşımayla gezdik. Otel bu açıdan ideal konumda. Çalışanlar ilgili, çözüm odaklı. Tesis şık ve temiz. Yemekler de gayet lezzetli ve çeşitliydi.

Frokosten på nabohotellet var utmerket!
Rengjøring topp!

Cons:

Det er mangelfullt med knagger på badet. Det var også få kleshengere, anbefaler å ta med noen hjemmefra.
Dette er enkelt å forbedre, ville gjøre oppholdet enda bedre.
Vi hadde et stort rom, med utsikt til hagen og havet, men liten veranda. Dårlig solforhold.

Excellent séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Chambre très confortable et calme avec bonne isolation, literie excellente, accès aux infrastructures du pestana casino (piscines, spa, petit dej avec beaucoup de choix vue mer etc).
